Record Krate Wake Forest — Local services in Wake Forest

Two stars only because I'm trying to be understanding of COVID protocols. Especially as they pertain to small/local businesses. But honestly, after the experience I had today....I'll never shop this store again. Messaged them this morning about a record in stock and said I'd be by when they opened. The response I got was "call us." Showed up at the shop at noon and find they cap the number of people allowed in store at 4. All good. But if you're going to cap the number of people you allow in store, perhaps you should also cap the browsing time? The same 4 people were inside for an hour (one for more than that.) Upon entry, I said to the gentleman in charge, "hi, I messaged you earlier about 'a ghost is born'" to which he replied, " you can go get it yourself." Next, I said, "I really hate to ask, but do you have a restroom I could use?" as I had been standing in like for an hour to get in. His response to that was, "sir, when you speak to me I need you to be standing behind here." And he pointed towards some flex strips haphazardly strung over the register. I was masked and more than the appropriate/accepted six feet from him. He then informed me I could use the restroom down the road where they had more of their records for sale. At which point I decided to purchase the one album I came for and be done with them. Not a great way to conduct business. Stopped by earlier today to pick up a record as a Christmas present and I've gotta say, the owner or whoever it was that I spoke to was incredibly rude to me and my girlfriend. I made the mistake of walking inside with a vented mask (%100 my mistake) and had no issue leaving to get an appropriate mask to follow store protocol but as I was about to leave I asked my girlfriend to continue to browse the store and make the purchase with my credit card. In the 2 seconds it took to ask her to do that and hand her my card, the man interrupts and demands that I leave again, as if I was refusing even though I was in the process of leaving. I had been in the store for a total maybe 10 seconds and the guy treated me as if I'd been a consistent nuisance. Not only that but when my girlfriend came out the store she told me the man had no interest in helping her, was rude to other customers while she inside, and when I called the store phone to ask if they had anything I was looking for it was the same attitude. I visited this shop for the first time last week. I had to make an appointment and was the only allowed to shop at the time. He took great precautions to protect me (and himself) from the Corona-19. I was asked to sanitize my hands and remain distanced. That did not affect my time there at all. Its rather pleasant to see a shopkeep this concerned for the safety of the customer! I browsed the huge selection in the front, snagging a handful of pieces. Then he told me about the back room. Holy cow! Even more treasures to be sorted through!!I found more vinyl and a couple of old tour t-shirts. Its almost like visiting a rock-n-roll museum. The owner was helpful, and hipped me to some music I did not know. The shop was clean, spacious and easy to navigate. I am new to this area , but I know where I am going for music!
