Hi! My name is Sophie! I am a beautiful 10 year old flashy brindle lady that is searching for my forever home with my son Bruno VII! We are very bonded and go where the other goes so it's important we be adopted together! I am a proud member of the Silver Heart Program so be sure and ask about it because there are many perks for my adoptive family! Prior to coming to the rescue Bruno and I were living with our owner in his car after we lost our mom and home and our dad's health was failing. We have since settled into a foster home and are thriving! I will get excited and am learning not to jump, am not interested in toys or treats, do well with baths, enjoy car rides but need help getting in, and enjoy playing with Bruno (and I can keep up with him too)! I have only been around Bruno so it is uncertain if I am dog friendly beyond our bond. We have never lived with a cat but am said to be kid friendly! I am house trained but hate going out in the rain and prefer a human to go with me. I will go in my crate for a piece of cheese and am quiet but I prefer not to be in it. Although I am very active for my age, I am a well behaved lady and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. I am fearful of storms and will go sit by the humans and tremble.
