We had a perfect 4th Birthday party for our daughter and 19 friends. Since the party, parents have told us their kid had the time of their life. Our daughter keeps planing next year's birthday there. We also went to a friends birthday a few weeks before our daughter's and it was clear this was going to be the best choice. I was a little worried it would be too chaotic with so many young kids since we invited the whole class and camp friends, but the 2 play spaces are huge. They were very clean too. We had small kids, so I went in and climbed and assisted and I did not feel one spec of dirt. We had 2 attendants that steered the kids through the whole party. They were very nice to the kids and helpful. I was impressed how well they were able to get the kids attention and guide them from 1 play area to the other, then to the party room all while sanitizing their hands, serving pizza and slicing and passing cake. They took initiative to hand out the goody bags and reminded us to take a family photo and picture of the cake before it was served. As the host, this was great. I was able to talk to the parents a little, check in on my birthday girl and keep an eye on little kids in the bouncy slides. Every kid had fun. The parents seemed comfortable enough to relax and chat. I recommend keeping alert since the kids are so excited and can fall or push or too many going down a slide, etc. Pre-party. They are organized. They give a lot of price/ package options you can see on the website. They are very clear about prices at each stage if you call. They give you plenty of time to think about what you want to select. The headcount is not official till the end of the party which is helpful in case you have last minute cancels. They offer reasonable add-ons. The cake, for example, was just slightly more expensive than if I went to order and pick it up and transport it myself. I think all the costs were fair and competitive. I looked at 5 other places which all seem nice, but this seemed the most reasonably priced for a large group. It also gives you a private or semi private feel since another party is scheduled but not in the same play room at the same time. We did the base package and added the cake and some pizzas and waters for adults. I see you can add on things like a neon party and face painters and it looks like it would be fun for many more years. I plan to have at least a few more parties there between my daughter and son.

Came here a couple of weeks ago for my daughters classmate’s birthday. It was a small group so I was able to bring my 4 year old and 18 month old. There was a sweet girl that opened the door for us and greeted us nicely (the small stuff counts). The team was really nice and professional with all the kids. I met the owner, Warren, who was one of the nicest people ever. He was very helpful in finding my youngest an activity that was height appropriate. These places have guidelines they need to abide by and I appreciate them caring about my kids safety. The place was clean, the energy way high, we didn’t feel rushed and the kids had a blast. Warren keep up the great work. We appreciate you.

I had my daughter's 6th birthday party here, and we loved it! The rooms were spacious, and the kids had a lot to do. I was amazed by how nice the cake looked and tasted. The people helping with setting things up had great attitudes towards the kids and guests. I'm glad we chose Bounce Safari for our location, and we'd recommend others to choose this location as well!

We had a birthday party for my two children and the place was very cute and clean, the bounce options were unique and fun, and the kids had a great time. That being said, the staff helping us did not interact with the children other than to constantly yell at them for doing things that were completely age appropriate (like sliding on their belly instead of their backsides down the slides) we have been to several parties at Bounce U, and they have very few restrictions, great customer service, and include a dance party and photo options. This place has a dance party option but it is extra. Pizza is just ok. The cakes were awesome. We asked for a photo on the cake and the kids loved it. No outside food or drink allowed. The front desk was great. The girls working the party did not seem to like children and were difficult when asked simple normal requests. If this place had better staff and included the dance party they would be much more competitive with the other options in the area.

EDIT: note the response tries to frame the issue as staff caring for children safety it was not. The staff were rude and mean to the children in general. There was no safety issue. When a child asked for another piece of cake, the worker told the 3 year old, "you get what you get." The issue was poor customer...

If want to be scammed out of your money/deposit, eat 3 day old cake, and risk getting Covid, all while dealing with a super nasty manager? Owner? (Whoever the rude man who refused to give give us an alternative date) book your party here!!

The guy we spoke to, is totally rude and unprofessional. We booked the most expensive package for Memorial Day weekend. A close a family member who was with my children tested positive for Covid, I was so upset, and obviously knew we had to alert bounce safari and change the date. At first I was given the impression that it would be no problem and super easy to change but then came this guy. At first her told me the cake was already made…it is Thursday afternoon and the party is Saturday afternoon and he told me the cake was already made, okay so AT THE PARTY, we were supposed to be eating 3 day old cake?! Hmm 🤔

After that he told me I’d have to pay for the cake that was already made, plus, lose the deposit I already made, and leave a new deposit for the new date (which he refused to provide). Like hello? We’re in a pandemic, okay I’ll bring my potentially infected children there to infect your staff and all your patrons, RIDICULOUS!!! No empathy just rude and money hungry.

Don’t book your party here, there are a million other equally fun bounce places...
