Kroger Marketplace — Attraction in Warner Robins

They need to remove their pick up service online. On Friday night I scheduled for the earliest pick up time the next day to order groceries. They had a slot for 8 AM to 9 A.m. available. I get a call on Saturday morning at 7:30 saying that there’s gonna be delayed and they’ll call me when my groceries are ready for pick up. I asked The pick up person. How long is it going to be delayed? She says I don’t know! I’m like well what time do you think I had other appointments that I had to get to today? That’s why I scheduled to do my pick up of my groceries. First thing in the morning at the earliest time I could do It, she says it may be 12 or later that’s four hours so I decided to go back online and I just put some groceries in a cart and they’re showing that there’s a pick up available for 10 AM this morning??????? that is bad advertisement they know damn well that they’re not gonna be able to have those groceries ready at 10 AM but yet they still have those slots open. I mean if they’re behind they need to just clear out all those slots online for 10 AM 11 AM 12 AM etc.. this is the third time this has happened with the pick up from them and I don’t know what’s happened. I’ve been shopping at this Kroger since they opened many many many years ago and I used to use to pick up all the time and they were always on time and then all of a sudden these last six months to a year they’re always behind. It’s ridiculous and something needs to be done about it the pick up altogether because they obviously are not doing a good customer service by having this feature. Every time I try and speak to the manager, there’s no one available They don’t even deserve a one star for this service. It is ridiculous and I don’t know what’s happened to this Kroger on 96 but they have went downhill so bad. I don’t know who’s managing the store but they need to fire this person and get somebody in there to hire some people that can do their job of what services that Kroger Provides . This is the last time that I will ever use Kroger. I will just continue to go to Publix from here on out or even Walmart because at least when you do the pick up online, they have it ready for you on time and the time that you select. I have been giving Kroger my business and they opened and I’m done. They just lost a good customer who provided thousands of dollars of revenue to that store as a customer that they just lost. Warning to anybody who wants to do the pick up order it is false advertisement, and they never have anything ready on time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! after reading several reviews, this has been going on for at least over a year and nothing‘s been done about it from corporate...

The night shift manager is extremely rude, with no customer service skills to be found. Every two minutes from 10:30 pm until they could lock the doors, it was nonstop, very loud announcements about the fact that they would be closing at 11 pm; that the registers would turn off at 11 pm; and how I needed to go to the register immediately to scan, bag, and pay for my own items. (Doing their job for them, mind you...). After that, the manager, Lily, approached the couple beside me that were attempting to check out, and very rudely told them that they must take their items to register 12, because they would take too long with what they had, and that they were closed. Snatching items literally from their hands. She then passed them off on another employee while she then walked up and proceeded to analyze the items left in my cart. I told her that I had it handled, and she then proceeded to stand three feet behind my teenage daughter and stare at me while I finished scanning the 3 items I had left, and while I paid my bill, and then glaring hatefully at me as I was placing the bags back into my cart.

So I want everyone to know that the registers, do not in fact, "shut off", at 11 pm as they so rudely claim. My receipt clearly states check out occured at 11:06. And no matter what they say, they are more than able to open a register and do their jobs, you arent required to scan your own items and perform their job functions for them.

I have worked several different jobs in the same position as Lily, but never would that behavior have been accepted. A little kindness goes a long way, and I know that we are all a little sick of not receiving basic decency towards other humans from so many employees in customer service positions. I hope that my next experience at Kroger is a much better one, or I will have no other option than to make it my very last...

I absolutely love this grocery store and I think that this particular location is the best one over all the other locations. It is my most fav grocery store. And i usually am not the one that gets enthused to go to a grocery store or gets excited any at all about going grocery shopping(actually I always dread it). But I do actually like going to Kroger, and for many reasons. They have great customer service at the front desk as well as the casheirs being helpful to get your grocery shopping done in a surprisingly timely manner, and even the stockers that work late at night are helpful by noticing u looking for a particular item, by nicely# asking you what it is that u are looking for and immidiatly points you to the correct exact location. This particular location even had a few things that were a plus that I didnt even know they had/did until last night, like they had a kiosk that buys any cell phones you no longer use anymore, they also had another kiosk that buys your giftcards for a tad more than 50 % of its worth that you dont want, plus I didnt know about the great selection of hair care( they even have a great selection of hard to find unique salon hair care), they even had clothes( really nice clothes and a bigger selection than most little fashion stores that are in the galleria mall), their prices on all their really high quality merchandise are so low they cant be beat by any of their competitors, and they have the hugest selection of fresh fruits and veggies(that are top quality) among all the other foods they have, it was amazing to see such a grocery store. Actually I dont think grocery store accurately describes Kroger, cause its more than just a grocery store, its even more than a one stop shop. TO SUM IT UP: THEY ARE YOUR ONE STOP SHOP PLUS MORE....AND...
