Village Nail Salon — Attraction in Warren Township

I have been going here for as long as I can remember (only because it is a 1 minute drive) but have never been a loyal customer because I have never loved an experience at this salon. Majority of the times they have been mean, inattentive, and careless.

Today was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I was there earlier in the week and because my aunt was visiting for the weekend I joined her over the weekend so I only needed a polish change. I asked the lady to only file two nails and both were left jagged and looked horrible. I asked for a third coat and she got angry which resulted in her messing up another nail so she had to redo two nails. Since I asked for a third coat she kept telling me it would take too long to dry, I understood and did not mind but this seemed to be annoying for her. My fingers have polish all over them and my nails are streaky.

I find it extremely rude that the nail technicians only give their undivided attention to the customers who are getting more expensive treatments. Really don't recommend this salon no matter how many hand creams they offer at the end...

I had a great experience here! I came in to do a basic gel pedicure and it was better than ones i have had at other places, the leg massages were heavenly and long for a basic pedicure, at the end there was a nice touch where they rubbed aloe vera and lemon on my legs and used a hot stone on my feet. With all that though the price does match all that you get. It was a bit pricier than what you would pay for a basic pedicure anywhere else but you do get your moneys worth. The staff is kind and attentive and pay attention to the details. I noticed that they knew almost all of the clients by name and the clients knew them by name too. It felt like i was among friends. Im not sure if she was the owner but the woman at the front desk was super nice too and offered water bottles to all the customers. Really lovely store! I left feeling...

Had a regular pedicure here with Sarah and it was amazing! I was there for about 50 minutes and at least 30 of that was a massage. I’ve tried so many local nails places between Bedminster, Bridgewater, and Warren that do a decent job but are lacking at some level (weak massage, short massage, polish doesn’t last, they are too rough). This place definitely had the best/longest massage for a standard/regular pedicure; I am beyond impressed. The owner was very sweet and introduced herself while I was paying. She also gave me a welcome gift (lotion) and a discount off my next service. Regardless of this sweet gesture, I will definitely be back.
