K&S Nail Spa — Attraction in Warren

They were beautiful for the 5 days they stayed on! I got my nails done on Sept. 17th and by the 22nd I was already missing one which wasn't a huge deal i was just planning on going to get it fix when i had the chance, then last night (so not even 10 days later!) Another nail pops off this time my nail is green underneath. I call up to the store and they tell me that it's normal, for some people the nails last 3 days some they last 6 months. They can't help it. When I ask about my green finger nail they tell me that's normal as well but if I really want I can come in and they can treat the FUNGUS. I've been getting my nails done for years and this has never happened to me I pay very good money for my nails because I want them to look a certain way... this isn't it. I've been going to this nail salon in particular a pretty long time but they've ALWAYS been a hit or miss and I've always gone back because they're close to my house, after this... I'll make the journey to somewhere......

Worst place and everyone should know they try to rip you off, my whole family used to come here and never will again. I usually like going to this place because their prices are fair and they are fast. Apparently now they charge you for EVERYTHING: I got a fill in with acrylic powder, NO COLOR just a fill in and he put a shellac top coat. A fill in is $25, I was charged $38.. he said bc I did shellac fill in its $35 plus $3 to shape them… Told them I did not do fill in with shellac polish, it was literally just the acrylic powder and he put a shellac top coat on, I did not ask for that I thought it was part of it, asked why I was being charged additional $3 to shape them, why would that not be included in the service already?? Also again told them I didn’t get shellac polish on them, I understand it he painted three coats of color and a top coat to charge me $10 extra, but for a top coat he put in without asking.. ridiculous. I will not be back here, trying...

I have been to this nail salon several times and they have always been very friendly and kind. When I went in yesterday for a manicure and eyebrow wax they were very rude upon me walking in. The guy doing my manicure did not even speak 2 words to me. After my manicure, I was told just go back there and sit to have my eyebrows done, where the lady doing them was too busy looking at Facebook to pay attention and was coughing all over the place but she did have a mask on. She made a comment "oh it's been a long time"! She put so much oil on my eyebrows afterwards it was dripping in my eyes and burning. I was then diverted to the nail drying table where they just left me there to sit until I had to actually speak up after a while and say " am I good to go"? After my payment I did not get a thank you or anything else. I understand everyone has bad days but to take it out on a customer is not really acceptable. I will not return to this nail salon for...
