I went in there with my daughter for her birthday. Had an appointment at 6pm. That was our second visit with them. After waiting for 15 min. A male receptionist came to us and assumed we didnât have an appointment . Didnât ask us but just stated âyou guys gonna wait 45 min before being seen cause you donât have an appointment â. I replied we have an appointment and I checked us using my phone number on your device. And I got a confirmation text on my phone after booking 3 days ago. Then he proceeded to have us do our mani first after having us wait that 45min. Since there was empty chairs I requested we have our pedi first. Another staff started talking in her native language and got two other ladies that have appointments at 630 to do their feet. That was the second insult. Then they proceeded to do my nails. Then ask my daughter if she wanted to do her feet. So I answered no, everyone here are seated together having their experience with their family/friend they came in with. I please want the same treatment, I made an appointment and was there on time. The third insult came when the lady doing my nails didnât like my reply too much and started rushing me the whole time and being impatient she shoved the drier on my nails as I was getting a filling. I couldnât help but curse cause it hurts so much. Then she complained I cursed at her. Another sister that was there witnessing the whole thing came to me and rescue me by sharing some info with me, which is where I would be heading next time I need my filling done. (For us, by us). I didnât want to leave because it was my daughters BD and we had planned this a week ago and make appointment 3 days ago. When me and my daughter finally sat for the pedi they soak us for 2 minutes the most when I say something the lady acted like she was deaf, that was doing my daughters feet. Because at this point we were the second last at the store and it was 8 pm. The disrespect was beyond words and itâs 2022 for people to still act like that, itâs crazy to me. The owner at one point was shouting at us to come sit while the receptionist was apologizing to us that they double book us. The whole experience was traumatic when it was supposed to be relaxing. I will share my experience with everyone at work that referred me to that salon. Nailsabella itâs 2022 itâs time for equal treatment and equal service. I will be taking my business somewhere else.    Read moreTo start, I am not stranger to getting my nails done. Before I became a busy mom of 3, I frequented other salons in town. Since having my last baby, I have not been a regular anywhere. For Motherâs Day, my husband thought it would be great to make an appointment at Nail Sabella for me and my six year old daughter who has never been to have her nails done.
Let me just say, this placeâs saving grace is the friendly and funny front desk girl whose name I did not catch. She is the reason I am not putting 1 star. She welcomed us, had us wash our hands and pick our colors and was over all very friendly. Since I do not go regularly, we chose regular manicures, not gel or dip like I used to get. Immediately, I felt the women working there were annoyed by that. My daughter enjoyed her experience with Annie but she doesnât know any better. Annie didnât say more than two words to us except to keep her nails dry because regular polish chips. When it was my turn my experience was the same with whomever did my nails. I asked for a specific design to go with the color I chose and she did what she wanted, right down to changing the color I asked for with no explanation. Then she switched halfway through to do someone elseâs feet and the owner took over. She did something else completely different that I didnât ask for. I didnât even bother correcting her at this point because of such a cold reception from literally everyone in the place. Do our nails look okay? Sure. Theyâre cute. But theyâre not what I asked for. She also didnât feel like doing my design because she asked if I preferred a butterfly sticker instead. No. I am 36 years old.
She repeatedly scolded my daughter for kicking the wobbly table, which she was not doing. I got a very anti kid vibe from them. When we got up to leave not one person said goodbye or looked our way. It takes a lot for me to take the time to write a review⊠busy mom, remember? But overall the experience was probably one of the worst salon experiences of my life simply because of how cold and rude everyone is. I will not be a regular here and I will go back to the other salons in town that are polite to new customers. Happy...
   Read moreI went here for the first time today based off of the really good reviews and pictures as Iâm looking for a salon to come to for my 2 week fills, in the beginning it was going well, however after all of the nail filing was done It went down hill from there. I said I wanted French ombrĂ© nails but was not told that they couldnât do that. After the filing I still had dust all over my fingers and the tech was about to begin painting with dust still all over them; I was still kind and said I need to wash my hands to avoid clumps however she was just going to paint over them. She then went to put dip powder on top of my acrylic nails with gel polish to try to do the ombrĂ©, which would have also left clumps, there was acrylic hanging off my nails that needed to be filled off, every time I politely said something she mumbled under her breath which made me very uncomfortable. I then decided on just getting nude as they now couldnât do the ombrĂ©, the tech seemed to want to rush me out, she was missing spots of my nails with the polish as I watched, and the polish was very clumpy. At this point I was there too long and had somewhere I needed to go, when I went to check out the women who checked me out asked if I was happy with them I expressed that the polish was streaky, missing polish, and a little clumpy and even showed her, she did apologize and I said I cannot sit any longer as I have somewhere to be, she again said she was sorry but did not offer for me to come back to have it done correctly, or offer anything at all as I clearly was very unhappy with the service. I will never be returning and I am very disappointed. I paid for a service I did not get correctly and now have to pay someone else to fix my nails.
