I’ve been a member of PURSUIT FITNESS for about six months now, and I can honestly say it’s the best gym I’ve ever joined. The owner, Adam, is an outstanding trainer. Every workout is different; three days a week focus on weightlifting, while the other three are dedicated to aerobic conditioning. The workouts are well thought out, and Adam takes the time to clearly explain each movement, ensuring that everyone performs the exercises with proper form. The sessions are challenging, but the atmosphere is supportive, with everyone being friendly and encouraging. In this short time, I’ve noticed improvements in both my aerobic capacity and strength, and I’m excited for future progress. As an added bonus, the gym participates in road races as a team, and I’m looking forward to my first race this month. Adam is a ranked athlete himself, so he truly leads by example.

Read moreI have had such an excellent experience at Pursuit Training and Fitness! I have been a member since 2016 when my wife and I signed up to lose some weight before our wedding. In 3 months we both lost over 25 lbs and could see muscle tone! I have been hooked ever since.
Over the past year, I am down a total of 40 lbs! Adam has provided so many tools to accomplish this weight loss. He provides a perfect mix of cardio and lifting so that we are losing weight and building strength at the same time. In addition, he has brought in experts to teach us how to diet and lose weight the proper way. Lastly, he has worked around various issues that I have (bad knees) to modify workouts so that I am building strength in those areas with little to no stress.
Outside of myself, I love the ppl that work out there and have made many friendships. Adam is very active in participating and running charity/philanthropic events. He also puts so much money back into the gym and is also bringing new and better equipment!

I was always timid about weight training at previous gyms because I really didn’t know what I was doing. Adam and Maria show you the proper way to lift at your level. This gym is for all fitness levels. It’s so rewarding to see the progress you’ve make when you are consistent. This gym does it all: lifting, cardio, core and conditioning. Each day the workout is different and you never leave feeling disappointed. Pursuit also offers personal training at reasonable prices. I’ve worked with Maria as my coach for almost a year.
