Very upset with customer service.. I came in and wanted to try the cinnamon shortbread latte..the sign says cinnamon shortbread and underneath it says vanilla,nutmeg.. I thought it became in different flavors so I asked for a vanilla shortbread..she looked at me weird and I said I don't want the nutmeg I allergic to nutmeg so she said ok let me check to make sure the sauce doesn't have nutmeg which I I thought was great right... Well I get my drink and sit down..I hear her talking loud behind the counter to another employee about me and what I ordered and was making fun of me. I was so upset that 1 she would talk badly about a customer and 2 that she did it so blatantly in front of everyone that the whole Starbucks store can hear her. I know her name but I will not say it because I don't want her to get in trouble I am trying to make a point that if you only say KIND words you won't have to worry about being caught...
   Read moreI has one of the worst experience I ever had at Starbucks and I am a 5 days a week Starbucks person. First, I want to say, I left my wallet at home and only has cash in my pocket from the night before. I went for my morning routine of getting coffee on the way to work but I only had a 50 dollar bill on me. It was a little bit of a longer line (typically at 7am, it will take about 20 minutes to get my coffee) it took me longer. I order and talk about how I only had a 50 to pay for and I got turned away. I was told that I did not have enough change for the 50 so I cannot except your payment. I spent 30 minutes in line to not receive my coffee even thought I had my payment. So what did I do, I went to Dunkin directly across the way. Saved some money and they accepted at 50 dollar bill. Starbucks might of lost a customer and I recommended everyone to go to the Dunkin...
   Read moreI usually order from this store every morning, I actually have to drive past my work to get to it and come back, and the one morning I accidentally ordered to the wrong store as I was running late. When I got to the store they couldn’t find my order, and rather than make me drive an extra 15 min away Kimberly and Carla helped me fix the issue and got me on my way. They said they knew who I was from always coming in. Not to mention two days later when I went in even as busy as they were, they brought my order to the counter right away ready to go. Their customer service is impeccable and really blew my mind. You can tell for them it wasn’t even about the service aspect, just about helping someone do what’s right. 15/10 recommend this store and these guys.
