The venue does have a number of rules and restrictions as a historic building, but it is all worth it to preserve this space. We worked on a wedding which was the same day as the opening of the museum of African American history, and the venue allowed us to drop items off a day in advance due to road closures and ran the AC overnight to preserve the florals!
