The blonde librarian here just pulled the most inappropriate stunt ever. The printer was set to landscape instead of portrait. WHY???? When the doc came out incorrect, I fixed the abnormal setting from its preset setting. It printed incorrectly yet again. Instead of just emailing it like she clearly has the ability to do, she pretended to be flustered and pulled a total Karen. What is there to be flustered about and act as though you don't know how to print the page from your desk. She totally could've fixed it. A male coworker comes over and she starts whispering to him. He doesn't try to assist either. Then I was listening to another person she's dealing with and he too is having an issue with her. she eventually found his document. If your brain is too fried to know how to identify a document, perhaps ya shouldn't be a librarian. It isn't rocket science.
I'm a taxpayer and should be able to use services I pay for without her (intentional)...
Read moreAlways some issues with this library would rate the library with absolutely no stars always loud with kids screaming mostly everyday but makes it everyday and there's always an excuse for the library to be closed... Strongly recommend any other public library other than this one for yourself and others!

Read moreThe Northeast Neighborhood Library is a large public library near Stanton Park on Capitol Hill. It's three floors tall with private study rooms, meeting rooms, computer stations, and many books and magazines. A few things to note:
Outside space: There's a small green area in the front with benches to enjoy a book when the weather is nice.
