ReBoot Computers — Attraction in Washington

I paid $40 to have a diagnostics of my computer that was crashing intermediately when playing games. They did a fresh install of the game drivers and told me my computer was no longer crashing, but recommended that they replace the CPU cooler because apparently my system was overheating. I declined the CPU cooler replacement since in my own stress tests I've ran I didn't see the CPU exceeding the max operating temperature when operating at 100% capacity and when playing games my temperatures were below the max operating temperature. The very same day I got my PC back it crashed again on me. Although I took the computer back up to Reboot Computers within their 90 day warranty period, they told me it would be another $40 to diagnose my computer since I declined the CPU cooler replacement, even though it was unnecessary. In my opinion it was a waste of money having Reboot Computers take a look at my PC considering that they failed to fix the issue that it was originally brought in for and they failed to honor their 90 day...

This place is amazing. I am the kid who helped my parents figure out how to do everything online during the pandemic, so when I had an issue on my computer that I couldn’t even figure out, I knew I needed a professional. At AT&T, they couldn’t help me because the device was not from that store, so I decided to try ReBoot.

The help I got from the ReBoot team was the most helpful and professional assistance I have ever had. When they too saw that all of my settings seemed normal, they ran man tests and ultimately found the issue. When it was fixed, they also helped with an issue with the mousepad I had mentioned but was not at all expecting to be fixed. All of this was very efficient and cost effective, just over twenty bucks! Definitely will be back for any technical issues I face...

I bought a Win 10 computer from reboot. It is the WORSE computer I have ever owned in over 20 years of owning PC's. It is CONSTANTLY accessing the HDD. It takes between 10 -100 seconds just to open a wordpad document. It is extremely slow at everything. The HDD will not stop loading windows 10 or only God knows what it has to be busy ALL THE TIME! You can't do anything on it because it's 100% busy with the HDD. Not only that, but I bought a monitor with the computer. And They had it sitting in the sun light, so I didn't notice until I got home that the right side of the screen is washed out in white. And they told me NO RETURNS. Now after 10 days of using this computer I bought from reboot. It has locked up with a black screen. If you do the math and divide the cost by 10...
