All About Burger — Restaurant in Washington

Should quality, get what you expect, decent burgers get a 5 star review. Well it’s not 5 star food here. Is it an amazing burger, maybe, maybe not. One thing for sure from here is I have never gotten any missed items, no cold fry’s here too. Let’s talk toppings. Free toppings! For the most part you can get everything from extra pickles to onions or peppers like 5 different ways. Avocado, bacon and onion rings are extra at a reasonable cost. Also fry’s…I’ve never gotten larger than a medium. I could not finish the medium Cajun fry’s after ordering them and two burgers. That was also for two people to share! There is a large fry on the menu but I’m not sure it’s needed. Maybe I’ll get it one trip when I’m back here, I’m a frequent visitor. This place isn’t convenient for if you have to park unless your already going to shop at Safeway, if so I’d do a mobile order pickup and it’s a very short walk from the parking there after getting it validated. I normally scooter over and bring the food home or to a view, like the Wharf to eat. I haven’t tried there milkshakes yet but I did have a killer chicken sandwich, grilled to which was perfect! Whenever I go into this location, the Hispanic servers are rude, I asked a question about the loyalty rewards and the $5 off if I was signed up and the guy was kept saying “we don’t do that” when the receipts clearly state that, when I kept saying this he pointed to the price of the meal as if to tell me shut up and pay, and started talking in Spanish to his coworkers, calling me a “bitch” in Spanish that was the first time dealing with the rudeness and I stopped going for months, today I was hungry and it’s the only place in the area serving good food so I went again, the Hispanic lady called 150, I’m 151 and I thought she said my number, so I come up front and show my ticket she says “I said 150 you are not 150 you’re 151” in a rude tone, I’ll neverrrrr eat a meal in this place again they’re very rude when I come in, the black guy is awesome though he’s always energetic and respectful, but it’s as if the Hispanic workers already don’t like me when I come in because I’m a young, black male with locs, and they treat me as if I’m trying to start something with them, when I come in with manners every time, my parents properly raised me. Don’t get poultry from here!!!! They didn’t cook my white meat properly. Both our turkey burger and chicken sandwich were undercooked and my husband and I got food poisoning. This guy named Allen was very disrespectful and had horrible customer service. He attended us last night and was there again this afternoon. He kept mansplaining while I or my partner talked and kept cutting us off. Can’t believe this is how this employee treats his customers, let alone two veterans. He didn’t care that I walked in there to speak to the manager, which I already spoke over the phone (Antonio - very kind and professional), and pretended to be him. Regardless that they were busy last night the folks in that shift need to be more careful on how long or how hot they cook their poultry. There’s folks, unfortunately, like us that can’t have red meat. Hopefully we both don’t have Campylobacteriosis, Salmonella or something. Both are now with high fevers, migraines, chills, had vomiting episodes as well as loose stool. We were able to get our money back for our order.
