The JCPenney in the brass Mill Mall the the workers there are friendly kind they do a wonderful job to try to help you out to find the product that you're looking for but there is only one problem a lot of the stores are empty you can't find product you got to order it and have them ship it to the store that is the downside of this store is that it is void of some products we would like that the store be filled up to the max like if you want to buy a toaster and there's no toaster there to buy that makes it hard because then you got to turn around and have them ship it to your house that cost you extra money or have them ship it to the store and then you got an inconvenience yourself and come back and that is a very much an inconvenience and waste of gas and resources we should not be letting to be wasting gas and resources on this store because they don't have the product in the store when you want to have it there when you want to go and impulse buy like I wanted to buy a microwave and the microwave was not in the store would say had to ship it to my home with somebody stole it from my porch they made me wait an extra day extra 7 days and then they turned around and they had it shipped to the store with made it's so inconvenient that it really made me very bad I think we need more people to step up and give them a rating but it's not the workers fault the worker I gave the five star rating because of the workers that are in the store their kindness their friendliness and they're loving cheerful faces they treat us with dignity honor and respect they treat us like we are the boss and they like us their shopping bubblech JC Penney to s* or get off the pot because it is not right to make people order stuff and then it doesn't arrive and they make you wait forever and then they turn around and then they go when they ship it to a store anyway so what they should do is have the stuff in the store there when we...

Tonight (3/13/19) I was shopping for an outfit for a short noticed interview with a law firm. I was pleased to see lots of professional separates that could be mixed and matched but the plus size department had NOTHING compared to the misses/ women's department. And it was an absolute my mess. The departmentI was poorly lit and the racks were jumbled, no actually ensembles we're displayed. I ended up purchasing a Liz Claiborne blazer and blouse that were on sale, actually a GREAT sale..... total purchase amount was $42.57. I settled on a size 18 blazer and XXL blouse that were in Misses/Women's department because nothing like it was offered in the plus size department. If the items were offered in a larger size or even in a different variety but larger I would have bought at least 5 -6 other things that caught my eye. We found their employees friendly, but none knew much about their own department's inventory, a definate lack of management skill here and little if any employee training. Now then, my HUGE COMPLAINT, lots of mechandise is not priced. There are NO price scanning machines and employees have no way to check prices for you, THIS SUCKS. What kind of store today has so much merchandise on shelves without pricing? How is it possible to have this Huge store and employees without portable price scanners?
