I really don't know why this business has any stars at all! The Chinese man behind the counter was so rude and disrespectful. I first had to get his attention as he was totally oblivious to any customers coming into his store. When he did acknowledge our presence to look up from his phone he was like "what do l want!" First of all you should never have to ask! I then asked, " How much would it cost to fix a broken clasp on my gold chain." He mumbled as l couldn't really hear him behind his chewing of his tooth pick in his mouth. " Thirty dollars he muttered faintly. My nephew had to tell me what he said. " Can you repeat what you said please!" I replied. "Thirty dollars!" He said ," Pay or get out!" l was so appalled by this guys customer service! So stank and rude. Please Waterburians do not go to this prejudiced and rude jewelry store! It needs to be shut down...

This place has Terrible customer service!. My husband and I purchased 2 chains from Katey who was Wonderful!.. we came back twice when she was not there. A different lady was there in Valentine's day ,who was not friendly at all !. She barely talked to us, so we decided to come back another day.
