Breaking Crab — Restaurant in Waterbury

Fantastic i definitely recommend it has great amazing sea food i go 3 times a month with my husband its also the cheapest place i know for sea food especially king crab and lobster tails

Here's an update I wouldn't change my rating because it deserves 5 stars but the constant menu changes is bizarre I wish the king crab was still the same I still order from here almost every week it's so addicting I love the boilery signature sauce it's fantastic with the scallops and crab meat it's amazing but again the constant menu changes is just driving me crazy but for anyone looking for a nice elegant clean restaurant to get some fantastic seafood from this Is The place my son loves their French fries and chicken fingers usually my son is a very picky eater when it comes to fried Chicken and french fries usually it's just McDonald's nuggets or McDonald's fries but he loves their food as well and the mozzarella sticks are just amazing and so are the sticky wings as appetizers they are to die for usually me and my husband we eat and spend about 80 bucks and we still get full and bring home food each time we go and every time we order takeout it's the same we get full and save for later the sauce is just so addicting if it wasn't for the previous employee who work there that told me about it I would have never went just cuz it's a place in a mall I usually don't eat in the mall but their food is just too addicting to stay away from and customer service is always great you're always so welcomed everyone is very polite and pleasant and...

I am completely appalled and disgusted by the way I was treated in this restaurant only being there for 4 minutes I walked in asked for a table with my daughter we were seated in the back were no one was sitting my daughter walked around the empty area to check out the layout and was looking out the windows looking into the mall and this lady comes out the kitchen and ask me if that’s my baby in a very rude tone I responded yes and she makes a nasty face and told me can you have her sit down with no explanation she walks away my daughter wasn’t touching anything she was just waiting for her crayons to arrive at the table so I walk out while making sure she knew she was very rude and that I won’t be eating there and as I walked out the same woman rudely said have a good night with a smell on her face I called the restaurant to talk to the manager and the same woman answers the phone saying it was her that treated me poorly and she said I didn’t have to eat there and was yelling at me I told her she didn’t have to be so rude and nasty and I read the reviews and let her know other customers were being treated poorly also and she was probably the reason and she said they didn’t say her name in the reviews and I should’ve never came in after reading the bad reviews like I expected to be treated poorly smh good thing I got her name her name is shay hopefully she wasn’t lying I hope her employer reads this and seriously reconsiders her status as manager because that will definitely hurt...

I've been craving seafood boil since I got back to the states. I decided to try something new, drove to Waterbury to check out this place and to be honest I wasn't impressed. The bag is not all you can eat and gets very pricey. The clam chowder and lobster bisque was good. The wings were bland, nothing special. I think I was expecting more, the taste was good not too salty, the drinks were ok, just enough to taste its a drink and not juice. The service was good, super fast. The funniest thing happened, we put or food aside to start packing it up, a worker not our waiter. which was really good, asked if he could take our glasses, we were confused because we hadn't touched our drinks so we asked what? in confusion, he said it again Can I take away your glasses, I said well which ones? We have glasses with water and with a drinks, which are both full, so why would you be taking away anything that's full while we're still sitting down.
