I personally wouldn’t go through them again it’s confusing we went into the store the first time to sign papers and see the appliance in person to make sure it was correct one we picked online it wasn’t so we asked for the one we picked online unfortunately that came with a different price than online advertised, we don’t like conflict over something so small so we didn’t say anything at all. They said because of where we live we would need to make it for auto payment we signed the forms and thought the payments were automatically being taken out of the account so we never worried about it until we couldn’t afford 1 payment and they want to take legal action instead of working with us because we never paid even though it was supposed to be auto payments. UPDATE I went through my email and it says payments were processed but only 1 was for the amount we agreed on. I just don’t want this happening to someone else.
ANOTHER EDIT My name is not Amber they did not say anything to my husband or I about the 6 payment rule we would of never of went through them there stories keep changing they did not tell us about the difference online because WE NEVER EVEN BROUGHT THE ISSUE UP we just corrected it yourselves. For in the future I would never go to them I want to go through a company that cares about there customers and comes to a compromise when times are rough, not to mention sense our last issue I have been keeping track of everything with this company and they are CONSTANTLY trying to charge the card when payment ISN’T even due yet. Definitely okay with them charging the card when payment is due but when they mess up they don’t come to a agreement/ solution so they need to make sure they have everything on there end correct because it is in fact illegal for them to charge a card with no consent when payment isn’t past due or due yet. Constantly trying to charge a card everyday/multiple times a day when payment isn’t due yet isn’t right at all or legal to do a simple google search will...
Read moreWorst experience I have ever had with a district manager. I got a call saying I need to go in and make a payment bcuz they hadn't gotten it and I told I knew they hadn't gotten it yet bcuz I hadn't made my way there. Was told my stuff would be moved back to the floor since I didn't make the payment I had discussed everything with a different worker. I drove an 1 and half to go make the payment. I felt the lady was rude and I made a complaint with the work. The district manager over heard the conversation and decided to join in. She decided to yell at me bcuz I told her I felt she was rude and it was inappropriate for the way she called me. Yes I was upset and said something inappropriate. The district manager decided to say the inappropriate things right back at and continued to yell at me. I told her that for a retail worker the customer is always right when making a complaint and it's inappropriate for the way she was talking to me. I work in retail myself the best way to handle an upset customers is listening to what they have to say not making the customer in a worse mood. We will not do business with this company ever what makes it worse I was a new customer making a new account. We left and went somewhere else. I asked around about this store I had people tell it's not worth calling the corporate or escalating this issue bcuz the district manager is related to someone who owns the company so nothing will get done. I will tell everyone I know not to go to this company....

You need to be a Navy Seal to get them to lay back. One made me fall and hurt my right leg! Have taken time off work THREE TIMES as the said they were coming to either fix them, take them in for repair or REPLACE them—-NO SHOW-NO CALL EVERY TIME😡!!! Yet they have all my phone numbers to call for a payment! Just don’t expect them to hold up their end of ANYTHING! If you want an awful experience where they call your cell at work over 30 times in a 3 day period just to stand you up when you agree to meet with them, then RUN TO AARON’S! Where you’ll find broken furniture that injures you in your home! Wish I could attach pictures! They know I’m a teacher, it says so in all my forms and I’ve told the manager Nicholas yet the only time they call literally on repeat over and over is during school! So I take time off to let them in my home (during school) they don’t call or show THREE TIMES! I’m sorry, something needs to give! This is unacceptable business tactics! This is supposed to be a good option when you don’t want your credit involved, so...
