I took a doordash order for the Waterloo location pick up time was 5:39 I got there around 5:34. There was a line of maybe 5 people so I stood in line behind them. They all got there food one at a time with no problem. Got to my order, hadn’t been started so they started it. They got my order ready and slid it to the register and then just proceeded to work on other orders that had came in. About four other people had come in to pick up orders. By 5:53 the lady finally started typing on the register so I started walking up and she looked at me with an attitude and asked who I was there for. I told her and the other person said he wasn’t done with it yet… as I walked back to a seat the lady said something to the other worker and they laughed. When I responded they just complained that there was only two of them, although the people that got their burritos in line in front of me had already eaten and left… they were clearly just taking their sweet time with terrible attitudes about it. I let the first few times go because I know stuff happens or short staffed etc. But this last time took the cake. Every table was dirty while the workers were just listening to music and hanging out in the front. Could refill their free drinks every 5 minutes but couldn't wipe off not 1 table. When I ordered our food none of our burritos were mixed. The guy just tossed our burritos around in his hand. I asked if he was going to mix it he said he was while twirling it in his hand. Then the chips were so salty that I asked for non salted Chios or different ones and they said they didn't have any but night shift always puts too much salt on them so I just thew 4 chips and queso away as they didn't offer a refund. Read moreWithout trying to make too long of a thing I just wanted to give manager Katie (possibly spelled wrong, im sorry) a huge shoutout. After hearing that Pancheros was under different leadership I decided to give them a try for the first time in a long time because in the past I have had so many bad experiences, and even though I love them, I gave up on them. I ordered through the app with door dash delivering, and the driver only brought me half the order, missing the two burritos I ordered for myself. The door dash lady was nothing but confused the whole time (although the misshap wasnt her fault either), and when I called Pancheros personally after the fact just to let them know what was going on, and that noone would be coming to get the missing items from my order, Katie more than made it right with me, and she was nothing but sweet, empathetic, sympathetic, and just a genuinely good person.
