Authorized Retailer UScellular & T-Mobile — Attraction in Waterville

I have always had good luck using this store . Friendly , knowledgeable people . Not so much now . Last fall my phone quit so i went in to get a new one . The sales person talked me into a very expensive phone which I didn’t really want but he told me if i purchased it that day with their plan i could get it for 300 dollars . I took him at his word and got my new phone . My phone bill doubled and i figured to let it go a few months and then go in and pay off the balance . I realized it would cost more with the cost of the new phone and related insurance and fee’s . When i went into the store today to pay off my phone they told me the remaining balance was 600 dollars . There is nothing i hate more than someone who lies to me , especially when it benefits them at my expense. And just in case you think i am someone who doesn’t understand business . My family ran a general store in central Maine for 90 years and we didn’t do that by lying to customers. I will continue to keep going back into this store until i can confront the employee who lied to me face to face . Jerry keay ...

I have done business with these guys for years and recently got a business plan with this people. This will be the last time and I suggest if you’re thinking about getting a phone from these folks you do your research. They are very sneaky and don’t like to quote you actual prices. I can promise you this, the number they quote you in store will not be the price you pay monthly. When you ask them about it they will tell you things like I quoted you with autopay and are quotes don’t include fees and sales tax. Don’t be surprised if your bill is significantly higher. I suggest if you have to go with us cellular, I would find a real us cellular location. I can’t believe us cellular is even affiliated with this dump. Kids that work here are poorly trained and once you talk to the manager you can see why. I will be switching to Verizon and if you’re reading this beware they’re shady people at pine...

Eric is awesome! I walked in with a couple other customers and he greeted us right away. Was very polite and patient, answered everyone’s questions swiftly and confidently. While I was there, 4 hours due to family issues NOT the stores fault, Eric handled 6-7 people with no issues. I felt bad that he was alone but he handled it well, acknowledged every customer and assured them he’d get to them asap. I had to trade in two phones and get new ones.
