If I could do zero starts I would! Nothing ever works, and the staff are extremely rude. Y'all need to do better. I am disgusted as the place is always dirty, and one thing or an other is always out of order making it very inconvenient for customers. I will gladly travel 30+ minutes from my house to do laundry where the establishment is clean, and has staff that actually assists customer and not curse at us because we need change for laundry and the coin machine doesn't work!

Update!! 8/29/2021 Went there today and none of the coin slots on the washing machines were useable!!! Every single one of them blocked as if they were in use, but only 2 or 3 were in use! Waste of space POS of a business!!! Should be shut down...

I had sent my son to go get snacks and I don't know if it was the owner or a worker that works there ,but I'm going to assume it was the owner since his behaviour was over the top. Apparently he kicked and ban my 14 year old son from ever going to the store because he was taking too long to buy something. I believe this person. Was Discriminating...

Went to the big apple, waited behind the person at the check out for 10 minutes before walking out of the store. The cashier let the lady buy scratch tickets and scratch them right there as she handed him one at a time, while I waited behind her and a lady behind me. Won't go back there...
