Harddrives Paving LLC — Attraction in Wayne

They rushed our job and left us with a bad outcome. We called them up to fix it after they failed on the second try and they cursed us out and hung up. I would not recommend using this company, and after the rude phone call, we'll be filing a complaint against them.

They stopped by around 3 PM to remove and replace our driveway and were gone by 7. The new driveway looked ok for a couple of days, but we noticed lumps and indented areas starting to appear in a couple of places. When we drove our car (a very ordinary compact sedan) for the first time over the new driveway on day 6, indentations - not just marks, differences in height - began to appear all over the place. The hypothesis is that they only rolled the asphalt once when it should have been rolled twice, most likely because they arrived late and were in a rush to finish.

We called them back and they returned about a week later to re-roll due to issues with the truck. This did flatten out and compact the driveway, but created another problem: the roller was dirty or something and there are now ugly brown marks that we can't scrub away embedded within the asphalt across the entire driveway. It looks horrible and isn't disappearing despite a very heavy amount of rain falling on the driveway since then.

After many, many ridiculous proposals and non returned calls; I found Harddrives paving. They provided a fair price, no hidden fees, had all the big equipment needed to do the job! I loved the results not knowing that the new driveway would re-direct the rain into the existing concrete driveway and flooding the area. I was called after leaving many messages through texts which included videos of the problem. I also made many calls. I was told one of the Owners would come back to fix the problem. I was given a time and date; no one showed. I’ve been texting and calling for three months, I am now being ignored. I even recommended them to a neighbor which utilized their services. It’s not a difficult fix but they are now too busy to do the repairs. They took my money and left me with a swamp under my carport every time it rains. This is Florida, it rains a lot.I can’t recommend them as there is no follow through! I will also re-do my review on three other sites. Harddrives Paving re-paved my cracked and uneven driveway along with driveways of two neighbors across the street around mid spring. The job is done quickly and professionally, the site was left clean and my driveway is now flat. Water is not puddling anymore. I was given a two year warranty on the driveway. Because the driveway level was raised from original I had some water coming into the garage during the heavy rains. I let Ricky, the owner, know and the issue was remediated via installing of the drain along the two car garage (pictured). There was no water leak during the last heavy rain. Overall I am satisfied with the company, the quality of work and the communication I had with them. I have not heard any complains from my neighbors either and, as far as I can see, their driveway is in good condition. I will recommend this company to my friends, they do a good job and are easy...
