I buy my wife a pair of hoop diamond earrings that have a price if $3,000 but they give me what I learn is a phony 50%off. My wife did not like the earrings so I go back to exchange them since no refunds which I understand I guess. I ask to see a bracelet instead that has a price of $2,700 . $300 less than original price of the earrings. I figure ok then I'm gonna get a 50% off like the high pressure sale I originally got. Nope instead they want another $500 on top of the exchange even though this item was cheaper that the earrings. Oh the story was the bracelet was harder to make and blah blah blah. The point is earrings $3,000 original. Paid $1,500 Bracelet list $2,700. Why not give me the 50% off like he did the earrings? He was still ahead $300 if he took the 50% Just a complete jerk. The man was pushy, disinterested, and rude. I left my girlfriend's favorite necklace with them to reset the crystal in it, and stressed the point ot him that it HAS to be perfectly straight, otherwise I would have just done it myself. I come back the next day, and the crystal is in place, wonderfully crooked. These guys are crooks. I did not know until they had my deposit that 33 civil complaints have been filed against the business and one of the owners was arrested for illegal practices in buying gold. It is public record. Needless to say they would not give me my money back. They claim they are members of BBB but they are not! The entire situation was stressful. I finally got a low guality H color diamond. They did not give me the GIA certification at time of sale. Said they had to get. After 2weeks I really got upset.
