I’ve sat on this review for 2 years now and I finally feel ready to share our experience with this company. Only reason for the 2nd star is bc Enrique tried his best… First, planning our new kitchen was easy and fun with Enrique who tried his best to make sure we were happy with the design. Their contractor euddie and his team however, made this whole experience overall negative. The quality of the cabinets was good. However the work they did was shoddy. First they had a lot of electric to do but they overloaded all our circuits instead of telling us about it, if we needed more electrical work done by someone more experienced we would have done it but they never even told us and just did what they could do to get it done quickly..: but according to other electricians whom we’ve had to call bc they come it’s kept tripping told us that the electrical work this company did turned out to be dangerous. Euddie and his company tried every way to get us to not get a permit through our town which was also our fault bc we didn’t demand it. So they cut corners in every single way possible. They put floorboards down that are now lifting. One of our cabinets doesn’t open bc it’s too close to our stove and we ordered a new cabinet door which they never came to install still 2 years later after about 100 phone calls where we practically begged them to come and even paid for the cabinet that we still have not seen! There were little things they said they would come back to fix such as moulding on the floor that they never put down, our sink is leaking, the ceiling is uneven bc their contractor for the drywall didn’t sand it down properly and it looks bumpy. They installed our high hats way too close to the cabinets. I could go on. They got our money and they bounced. And whenever we tried to call to get them to come and install the cabinets, fix the electrical issues, sink leak, they ghosted. The kitchen from first glance looks good but looking deeper you will see the issues and it just sucks after shelling out almost $30k. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We bought some kitchen cabinets from this company and we had a terrible experience with them. First they have an add with a certain dollar amount which says it includes installation which turned out to be misleading and false. They said cabinets would be delivered one day and installed the next which also turned to be false. Cabinets were delivered one day and installed 5 days later. And one of the cabinets was the wrong one And we had to wait an extra day.. They gave us an invoice indicating the price of the whole package which as I said was supposed to include installation and when the contractor finishes installing them and we think every thing is over he tells us that we had to pay him $750.00 for the install which was totally devastating. I will never ever do business with Family Wholesale Kitchen and bath ever again. Their customer service also leaves a lot to be desired, They are rude and very arrogant. I advise anyone contemplating buying cabinets from them, not too unless you don't mind a bogus and misleading company. I urge anyone to look for an honest company that doesn't trick from beginning to end. They are horrendous. Also they work with a granite place and in they tell you that the granite is going to cost an amount which seemed reasonable and when you get there they give you an outrageous amount which was like 3 times higher than what Family Wholesale said it would be. One last thing I forgot to mention we bought 9 cabinets from them and they left all of the cardboards in which the cabinets came and when I called the guy about it he told me that there would be a fee for disposing of this, which is totally disgusting so I was left to dispose of all of the garbage that they wouldn't and didn't take. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company such as this one. Its all about MONEY for them. The hell with the paying customer!!!! The only one posting and advertising misleading information is your company!!!Anyone who reads this review should ask themselves if everything that this customer is writing is not true, why would he write such a bad review and for what reason. YEA...

My wife and I had a very positive experience with Family Wholesale Kitchen & Baths. After they sent someone out to take measurements of our kitchen, we sat down with one of their Designers, Enrique. He showed us the different types and styles of cabinets and how they would fit and look in our kitchen. He did a great job of explaining the benefits and limitations of the different styles and how that would affect what options we’d be able to have. Once we decided on what we wanted, the cabinets were ordered and a delivery and installation date were set.

The head installer, Eddie, came with his installation crew. They really knew what they were doing and had no problem working through any of the problems you inevitably encounter when doing this kind of work. I was really impressed with how careful they were with the new cabinets. They really treated everything with care. I’ve seen other people spend a lot of money only to end up with scuffed up cabinets because the installers weren’t careful. Once complete, they left the kitchen clean. They thoroughly vacuumed the area, not leaving a mess behind.

From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was pleasant and professional. They met the expectations that they set. They were able to confidently deal with any speed bumps that arose, and they left us with a great finished product. I can’t recommend them...
