MAC Cosmetics — Attraction in Wayne

Big thank you to Hadar and the staff yesterday at MAC. I’m a hairdresser so I understand the stress of multitasking but let me tell you the staff took multitasking to another level . I walked in a little but of a panic . I had made a make up appointment at another make up store but unfortunately I had booked for the wrong time and so I decided to take my chances and walk into Mac and pray they had someone to available . Hadar definitely saw the panic look in my face/voice and immediately said I’ll take care of you don’t worry. Two artist had been in a make up appointment and I was thinking in my head how is this even going to happen . She said if you don’t mind standing, walking around the store with me , and letting me take care of other customers while getting your make up done then we are good to go . And wow did she take care of me . My make up came out gorgeous . As I walked out of the mall I was getting so many compliments 🥰 . I’m a MAC Lover since its inception in the 80’s. For the last couple of decades I’ve purchased online or in NYC. Not any more….I’ll now ONLY purchase from Lauren C at Willowbrook Mall, Wayne. She’s AH-MAZE-ING! I went in to see if I should change up which MAC base/concealer I use and Lauren got it perfect! She spent time with me and I’m beyond thrilled, ecstatic at what she put together! The prices are still extremely affordable, but if they weren’t I’d purchase anyway. I love that they still do “Back to MAC” so I was able to add to my already overflowing abundance of various shades of nude lips, solely due to Lauren’s help. Lauren not only has an amazing personality, but she’s very approachable, an expert in MAC and you can tell she loves what she’s doing. With ease she explained each product I was interested in and her skill in selling, is conversational…..so easy. I’ll only purchase from Lauren moving forward. I have to start by saying that I went into a competitor's store first and was not even greeted. I was on my way to another competitor store and your store was on the way so I decided to stop in. As soon as I entered the threshold I was greeted with a hello how are you today! Both Lauren and Rachel we're extremely helpful, very personable, and very knowledgeable! They helped me Beyond any cosmetic store I've ever been in! And, they had a 20% off sale today to which made my purchase feel even more wonderful! I paid for my things and was asked if I could do this review. Without hesitation, I said absolutely! They said thank you for shopping here and wished me a wonderful day and a great weekend! I was on my way to my car and realized I forgot to get a product. I went back to the store and Rachel had absolutely no problem helping me again and finding the right product and even told me about her recommendation and what she uses. I was sold! I would highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to be treated with dignity...
