Not too long ago I was at Starbucks with my daughter, prior to this experience I never had any problems with this Starbucks in particular and have always enjoyed the customer service. Recently however, I was there and there was one employee that stood out to me. Whoever was at the register and took my order, had great customer service, but I noticed in the back there was some tension amongst the other employees. I managed to see her name tag and I believe her name is aliyah. Not sure if she is the manager, but she was definitely not being professional with the other employees. The manner in which she was speaking to them seemed oddly aggressive and it was clear it was making other employees uncomfortable. I don’t know if this sort of behavior happens often but I hate to see other employees feel uncomfortable in their work space and it was definitely something I caught on to. Another customer that was standing along side me noticed as well and we gave each other disapproving glances about the management so it’s clear I was not the only one noticing. Read moreThere are two reasons I will NEVER shop this Starbucks again! One is cause the service is not good at all! They enjoy congregating and lollygagging with each other over quality service and two; I was told a few mins ago, “we are not a cafe so we don’t do refills”!? I am a ‘Starbucks everyday type of customer and I’ve been to literally ever Starbucks in Jersey. I use the Starbucks areas to do my work. Some in malls, some with cafes and I have LITERALLY never been told that “we don’t do refills” on regular black coffee! I won’t make it into anything, I just won’t ever give my money to a business that doesn’t care to have it!!! All I ever ask Starbucks for is quality service, consistency and a quality product! Read moreI pass through here every so often for work and recently just witnessed the most pathetic customer service experience. The service was painfully slow as the workers spent more time talking to each other IN THE MIDDLE OF TAKING ORDERS and having to repeat questions because they weren’t paying attention. Several people walked out of line, food items were forgotten to be handed to customers and not once did any of them think to put some pep in their step or offer an apology. The cashier was wearing a playboy sweatshirt which seemed inappropriate for a family mall environment. I stuck it out and waited an overall 40 mins from start of line to receiving my coffee.
