Terrible customer service experience. Wasn't allowed to use "kids bowl free" passes (2 games free) because kids already played a single game. Attendant was rude, obnoxious, and wanted me to pay for four kids to bowl the 2nd game when the entire place was filled with kids who were bowling 2 games free. When I told her to give me back the previous passes (1 free game) so kids could use "kids bowl free (2 free games)," she said "so you want me to lie to my owner so you could bowl free?" I said, "it's not a lie, it's called customer service. Just like you should have told me ahead of time that I should use the "kids bowl free" passes instead of the one free game. Greedy, greedy, young ignorant staff. Not good for local businesses to hire people like this and treat customers the way the do and in front of other customers. Her owner should be more concerned of how she is a detriment to the business. Then to make matters worse, a hot dog, cheeseburger, and 1 order of fries cost $15 and I was told the cheeseburger would take 1/2 hour to make. Knowing that no cheeseburger takes 30 minutes to make, I ordered it anyway- and it was done in less than 15 minutes. My other son then ordered a slice of pizza and was told the same thing- A half hour to make a piece of pizza because "one slice was in there, which takes 15 minutes, then your slice would take another 15 minutes." Nothing is free, and on the contrary, very overpriced and not...
Read moreHorrible. When we called to ask if they had lanes available the person on the phone was silent for about a minute but we could hear all the background noise and he hung up on us. Called back and suddenly got an immediate answer. When we arrived wanted to purchase a time slot went to the old man at the front and he ignored us and went to the back to finish his “very important” conversation without saying anything to us just left. We went to the young man to see if maybe he could help us but no we HAD to have the old man who was ignoring us help us. Getting food was a mission and a half. We were told that they didn’t have any drinks and that we had to purchase drinks at the vending machine. Their ATM was out of service and we could not get cash for the vending machine. I luckily found a $20 they were able to give me change to use the vending machine just to find out THE VENDING MACHINE WAS BROKEN!! I used to come here as a kid it was the go to for most school and camp field trips. Its sad to see the owner has given up on this place. Will not be returning. If you’re looking to go bowling with good food and excellent service go to Holiday...
Read moreGo somewhere else. My son has been bowling there for over 10 years. This past January they started a Saturday morning jr league. Cost was around $150.00 which had to be paid up front. It included a sanction fee, awards, T shirts and a pizza party it lasted till around may. COVID hit and the league never continued. NO money was returned. You had your choice of bowling the remaining games or putting the money towards the next league which started a little while ago. My son is 18 and goes to college and bowls in a adult league so those 2 are out. The only thing left was a $25 in house certificate. Really is that how you treat loyal customers. NO league NO sanction NO t shirts NO awards NO pizza party. A in house certificate on what, a couple of pizzas and a pitcher of soda that probably cost them around 5 bucks. Not to mention they can’t handle a buttered roll.STAY AWAY plenty of other alleys that put them to shame. The T in T bowl stands for toilet. Will never return !!!...
