If I could give zero stars I would ..... I never will write a long review like this but I thought it should be known . I walked in in such a GREAT mood. Was with a friend just vacation shopping and found a little bit of sparkle that I picked up. I was told it was on sale which was perfect and went to the register . The lady infront of me was at the register for a while because she was digging for her coupon. I felt bad so I asked if I let her use mine can I still use it on my order as well and the representative said yes . The lady thanked me and when it came to my turn it turns out the bra was not on sale even though I was told it was . No big deal...... I loved it anyway ! I went to give her my coupon and the representative said ā this canāt be used againā and I informed her she just said I could and thatās why I let the lady infront of me use it and she said ā sorry you canāt use it ,I misunderstoodā. So since I was in a good mood I said no big deal can I speak to the manager please , the manager came over and refused to give me his name at first ( Iām not even sure if he was really a manager he was SO rude ) I felt as if he was annoyed that he was asked over. He told me ā if you want the coupon as the last to come back we can take it off her bill charge her the $25 and give you the coupon instead ā WHICH WAS A SHOCK. Telling me to go find the lady was insulting for a mistake by his rep which he would not take responsibility for . Longer story short he said well we didnāt force u to give that lady your coupon and if my representative said u can both you it Iām not the one who stated this and canāt do anything about it and he walked away. So first I thought my items was $30 ( which was what I was told was a sale item) the. It went to $54.... ok no problem THEN was told I can use a coupon if I let the lady infront of me use it to help her and to move the line along And when it came to my turn was told I could not . Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was at the store yesterday and felt the need to make people aware of what to expect. I am assuming shoplifting is on the rise however thatās not the fault of the good shoppers. When you first approach the store you are greeted by someone who I think is security asking if you need any help before they even let you in the store. I was with my teenage daughter. Iām not a fan of walking around with a VC bag especially for my daughter. I prefer to take my purchase after I pay and put it in my purse to forgo the bag. In all the years I have shopped here this has never been a problem until yesterday. Not only do you have to walk out with a bag but they need to staple your receipt to the outside of the bag. Iām not sure why as there is no one checking as you leave the exit. Iām not sure why it bothered me so much however I feel itās my right to not waste the bag or have everyone in the mall know what I purchased and where I purchased it from. After completing my purchase the cashier told me to just hit accept on the pin padā¦when I looked down to see what I was accepting it wanted to sign me up for emailsā¦I hit skip and the eye roll and attitude that followed was unacceptable. She could care less at the fact that she is a young manager and does not care just like the rest of my generation. I came to this VS the week before christmas to purchase a gift card for my girlfriend. At the time there was all men working behind the counter. Some in uniform and some in regular clothing. Whatever. The guy who processed my order at the counter was a disgrace appearance wise at the fact that he had on a regular black t-shirt, hair not combed and lastly jeans sagging pass his behind literally to where i was able to see his red briefs. That is not my main concern but i asked him to put $250 on the gift card in which he did but then took the card and threw it in the bag along with a crumbled receipt. This guy had no training and the manager could care less. I go to Sephora and buy myself some cologne and the staff behind the register are professional, courteous, and lastly folded the receipt and neatly placed it in the bag which is so simple. Not every one's experience here is going to be bad but my point here is that the store is well organized and looks nice as a VS store should but all it takes is just one bad apple to spoil the bunch and at that point i am a no...
