Mountain Chick Floral LLC — Attraction in Wenatchee

I just want to worn everyone not to purchase flowers at Mountain Chick Floral LLC. They are in the downtown library. I ordered two different flower arrangements to be delivered two different days. One for my wife and one for my daughter(Birthdays). I specifically asked them to be delivered as soon as possible the day they were to be delivered. Both deliveries were to local schools. My wife’s on the 12th were delivered with no problem. My Daughter’s were not delivered until after she left work, so she did not receive them on her Birthday. I called them and they said, were very busy, but they were delivered after school closed so she did not get her flowers on her Birthday. Owner called me and said her employee was not told a delivery time. Which is a flat out lie. I told her at time of ordering they both worked at local schools and to deliver asap. I was told when telling the owner the story I was a liar and do not come back. FYI Don’t ever purchase...

I had a really bad experience in this place, I went in to get some of my money back cause I didn't get what I paid for, and the girl at the front desk was very rude on her response, I told her that I ordered the bouquet of flowers like the one they show on their web page and she told me that they don't replicate the exact same thing which I understand, but that's what us clients look and decide base on that, short story long, she told me where are you getting at with this, we don't do refunds ant talk to my manager about this, and gave me her card, I didn't talk to the manager but hopefully she gets to read my bad experience at her floral shop. You as a client pay and deserve to be treated as a customer that is paying for a service that is not free. Think twice before going...

The flowers were beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. The only reason I'm giving 4 starts and not 5 is because I never heard back from the company. I requested a certain color (which they did beautifully) but never heard back. I had no idea what the flowers would even look like until they arrived for my mom's birthday.
