A little split on this place! The front desk staff was kind, the room was clean, and the indoor flowing to an outdoor pool is great! Plus dual indoor and outdoor hot tubs...But there are a few things to be desired.. We stayed in a double queen, the spacing did not make sense. 3 out of 4 sides of the bed had access. One side of the bed was less than a foot from the wall and to get to it one had to smush into the curtains and pass the AC unit on the wall under the window to get to that side. Needless to say no end table or outlet in this area. Also the sheets are cheap. The fitted came off both beds both nights, no mattress covers. No liners in the trash can. We think 2 out of 3 elevators worked but I'd say maybe an 80/20 split between them functioning. Also the ice maker on the 6th floor is broken (3rd floor is working). The room was not cleaned between nights. Now let's talk about the "breakfast". I've stayed at dozens of hotels in a variety of countries and I've never been served a continental breakfast out of a literal plastic trough. Cheap processed pastries, poor cereal options and just overall a surprising and somewhat dirty display. The Rivertop (formerly Roasters) restaurant on the top floor is currently closed so maybe they thought this would help fill in that gap. It does not and is incredibly odd. To add on to the pool it is nice but shallow and a little small for all the concrete around it. Watch your feet on the transition from in to our there is a lip and you can hurt yourself if not careful. Overall not a bad stay, but will look at other options in town.

Where to begin with this hotel. It claims to have continental breakfast. It does not (unless you count yogurt cups and dollar store pastries). It claims to have a full service restaurant. It does not. There is a sign in the elevator that states "due to major mechanical failures, our restaurant is not operating at this time." I don't know about you, but I personally feel alarmed reading about major mechanical failures in an elevator that is beyond slow, and appears to be struggling. Next, only one of the beds was made up with a fitted sheet. I am personally not a fan of sleeping directly on a hotel mattress. The pillows are atrocious and nearly ruined my entire trip by causing a horrendous migraine. I tried to alleviate my migraine by a soak in the hot tub. While in the hot tub, a child approached us and told us all about how her brother had pooped in the pool earlier that day. To our disgust, we saw the feces remained in the pool. As soon as I got back to our room, I called the front desk to tell them about it. The woman who answered did not seem alarmed or even surprised, in the slightest. She said it would be taken care of and promptly hung up on me. Needless to say, we did not venture into the pool. I don't believe it would be worth my time and energy to try to complain to the employees to get a discount. So I come here to Warn you- This hotel is more of a motel and it is outrageously overpriced.

Overall this was a decent stay. The positives are a comfy bed, great continental breakfast (including breakfast sandwiches and hard boiled eggs), and location. The rooftop bar was closed when I visited, but I’ve been told it is a great attraction. The views are great, and the elevator is a fun way to see Wenatchee as well. The downsides were my room was very noisy, and I requested to be moved, however was told this wasn’t possible due to being fully booked. The confusing part about this was I could still book a new room, and the parking lot and lobby were never full. The hotel itself is also fairly outdated; it would highly benefit from some basic freshening up as well, such as window cleanings (the windows especially in the elevators are covered in bird poop, a bit of a distraction from what is an amazing feature) & deep cleaning the bathrooms. For the price it’s overall good, but it does have room for improvements.

What a disappointment! Unwelcoming staff, old, dried blood under toilet seat, brown stains & nail clippings on floor, mirror had hand print smudges, the towel racks were loose, pale colored stains on the wall from who knows what- obviously housekeeping didn't do anything but change sheets. Bed felt uneven, but I didn't ask the desk about it until after the 2nd night (because I dont like to complain, but it was giving me a headache) and they found that the frame was bent on one corner. They did get me into a different room, but imagine being disabled (injured back) and having to pack everything back up & move rooms at bedtime? They didn't even offer me help! Next morning, I tried taking a shower in the new room, & no hot water, not even warm water. I tried several times throughout the day. I had no warm water the rest of my stay. The sink would get warm, but not the shower/ bathtub. So I took a rag bath from the sink. Again, with a disability this wasn't easy or comfortable.  Since it is not easy for me to go places for meals and such, I ordered food to my room. The 1st time I did this, my door dash was delivered to my door, no problem. The days to follow, every delivery I attempted to have brought to my room was stopped & held up at the front desk, and I had to go retrieve my meal from the desk. I was rudely informed by desk staff that THAT has been the policy for 3 years, for security purposes. I would imagine, since I've never had this issue at other hotels in Wenatchee, that the only extra security necessary on deliveries would be, maybe, calling the room to check that the guest has ordered delivery? How is a delivery person a security issue, anymore than my friends & family are when visiting me at this facility? The policies are ridiculous and definitely NOT conducive to making a physically disabled person's stay easy, enjoyable, or comfortable. I would understand the policy of no outside food to some extent IF the restaurant was open, but they don't even have that amenity anymore. The final frustration above rude staff & subpar facilities was the way Coast billed our card, threatened to report me if I left the building without my bill being closed instead of my debit card charge pending, refused to take another card instead of the cash that I had finally begged them to let me pay with (therefore causing me to have $20 left to get home with 12 hours away) and even though your desk staff said they'd have to get special permission to accept my cash, they didn't actually go ask anyone, they just decided to take it & issue me a reciept. Then when my mother asked if she could use her card to close out the room so that my cash wouldn't be totally depleted, the answer of course was no, because they went ahead and closed it out with my cash (this is with $900+ still pending on my debit card, tying up my bank account.) And my mother's room, which was quoted at $79+tax & $89+tax because of her discounts, was charged at $120+ & $130+ and she was argued with by the desk staff and basically accused of lying about what she was quoted for the days she had added to her portion of the stay. We were charged for rollaways that we didn't use & left in the hallway to be picked up, we did NOT recieve the discount we were supposed to be booked under, we were treated very rudely by the daytime members of the desk staff, and other than the older gentlemen who seems very kind, the evening desk employees could care less about answering any questions or being helpful, they would rather stare at their phones. The key cards don't work over half the time (obviously we know not to keep them near our phones & other devices) and the desk staff treats people like complete idiots over having to issue new, working key cards. In our experience, this hotel was the most inconvenient, uncomfortable & unwelcoming facility we've stayed at in the valley! We finally decided to give it a try after 2 years of traveling back to Wenatchee & trying several hotels, and boy do we regret it! We will happily go back to our previous hotel choices for...

We were essentially forced to settle for a pet friendly hotel; to us the hotel was about 2 out of 5 stars.

We have stayed at other "pet friendly" hotels. Generally, we don't feel we are force to settle human amenities simply for the privilege to bring our small dogs on trips. Here, the "settle" factor is inescapable in our opinions. Just feels like an older room/pretty drab, not maintained well/small holes in wall around window - toilet may have been old as I am - - she shows her miles. Not sure how it is approximately $100 dollar room (I'd say $65 would be generous), they sight "RIVER VIEWS" / we saw industrial (old industrial) Wenatchee views from our first floor room (#233) that bodes a "scenic" train track view with frequent rail traffic.

Fridge, hair dryer, iron & board, shower-tub, the barest of bones; to be fair there was a nightstand btw beds with mounted dual plug-ins & dual USB plug-ins. Our two queens beds were both pretty FIRM; I prefer my bed both COMFORTABLE and firm. The other person prefers "the softer the better." Some cheep prints in affordable frames would do the room a ton of good; maybe a painting of what the "river view" is supposed to look like?!

Staff is attentive regardless the hour of the evening or nature of the I traction. Flexible with LATE check out is a huge plus for this insomniac. Checkouts are swift and painless.

We would likely have dogs babysat/boarded and explore other hospitality options if next time we had the luxury of time to choose a hotel up to our preferred/accustomed standards.

All in all, would we suggest this place? Well, if you must travel last minute with pets sure. Report Card Grade: C- by myself, D+ by other party.

I have been known to bring my own cleaning and/or disinfecting items REGARDLESS the stars or our Report...

Biggest issue: cleanliness

We stayed 3 nights with 2 rooms. Checking in was a shit show. Guy was super nice l, just very disorganized. After about 30 minutes of trying to figure where to put us, he had to change one room again last minute. We got up to the rooms and the one room wasn’t cleaned (pretty sure the second one wasn’t either). Called down and they did quickly switch that one room. The second one that they switched was BARELY clean. The beds were cleaned so we just ran with it and my 21 and 16yr didn’t care.

Husband and I were relaxing in our room when a random guest opened our door. Few minutes later, front desk called to say he made a mistake. Nothing happened after that.

Room 1: broken lamps, previous guests personal items left there. Floors filthy, no shampoo in shower, shower racks falling off the wall.

Room 2: floor filthy, fridge not cleaned and things left in it, you could see dripping cleaning solution on the walls in the bathroom and shower area.

None of the rooms have fans and no windows can be opened…super stuffy every day.

Pool area looks nothing like the pictures but it wasn’t horrible, just doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned for a while.

Elevators were gross, they clearly haven’t been cleaned for a while either.

Breakfast was not good either, but for a continental it’s expected.

The hallway floor on level 6 was nasty, white stuff all over and garbage that wasn’t picked up the entire time we were there.

Keys are constantly being needed to be reactivated multiple times a day.

Save the money and go to the red lion (stayed there before and...
