At 9pm after an hour of bumping music and based on the loud conversation next door we realized our adjacent neighbors were here for a fun evening. We asked the front desk if it would be possible to switch rooms or move one down since we had an early morning planned. We were informed that if the noise goes past 10pm they could help us out. 12:30am the neighbors return to their suite and music and screaming resume. Call made to front desk. Nothing changes. 1:30am argument about how some of them can’t handle their alcohol. The music was turned lower at this point 2:00 sounds like one of them puked on their face and the others loudly discussed this turn of events. 2:20 it’s quiet enough again to try to sleep Am I posting this because I’m grumpily driving all day today on too little sleep? Yes. Do the guests at a hotel warrant a negative review of the establishment? No. However, several calls were made to management with what seems like plenty of options for solutions and, while pleasant and polite, nothing was done. A sleepless night is still a sleepless night If you want to have an exciting evening in your hotel room and be left for the most part alone consider this a glowing 5 star review. Ps we found several long hairs under the bedding when we first got here. Does this get laundered?

If you want to sleep peacefully, do not stay here. Absolute worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Had a rowdy group in the room next door, and quickly learned that the rooms are paper thin. I asked the front desk if there was a possibility of moving rooms, since we had an early morning, but they said they would reach out to the room first and remind them of quiet hours. If they were still loud, the front desk told us they would move us. Well, come 12 am and the music and shouting still didn’t stop. Called the front desk and nothing happened. They continued partying until 3 am, when they started shrieking. Called the front desk again and they still didn’t do anything. The noise finally stopped at 4 when the group went to sleep. On top of that, when I pulled the sheets to sleep, I found a few strands of hair within the sheets. There was also a random pill on the floor in the room when we checked in. (Upon googling, it was just an acetaminophen, but imagine if it weren’t). Pros: walking distance to the public market.

It was an awesome experience to be a guest at this hotel that had a grand opening only 3 days before our check-in. We were met by courteous, professional hosts who made sure to greet us and give us a rundown of the amenities. The room was bright and airy. We had a 4th floor room that overlooks the Columbia River with stunning views. The bathroom has a great shower head, a nice countertop with space for two people, and a wonderful thrown. The room had a microwave and mini-fridge which is becoming more rare in hotels. I wish the room came with some glad cups, but the staff easily got us some pint glasses from the bar. The hotel is right next to the area market called the Prybus Market which has a few restaurants, bars, delis and other stores. The hotel also has a walking bridge straight to the Wenanchee Convention Center which makes it great for a place to stay for events rather than the older hotels in the area. Great stay with new decor and clean areas.

I’m a diamond member that stays in Hiltons across the country year-round (at least 2x a month). I’ve been staying at this particular Hilton since March ‘23. Other people I work with have been staying much longer. It’s nice. It’s clean. It’s (usually) quiet. In my 12+ years of traveling and only staying at hiltons I believe I’ve only written two negative reviews- this is my third.

Katie, at the bar, is great. I feel bad for not remembering the other young woman who is usually there and recognizes me as well and gave suggestions for an early breakfast (Thank you- you rock!!) However, I now have very mixed feelings about this place and I’ve given it more than 6 2+ nightly stays to correct itself because I’m not one to give negative reviews.

I travel for business. Since I’m from the other side of the country I sometimes stay another day (1-5 nights). That shouldn’t matter. Reps from my company have been staying at this Hilton since it’s establishment. Sometimes, 4 or 5 of us are there for 4 nights. What really irks me is the customer service if you’re not sitting directly at the bar inside. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve witnessed a particular employee (or sometimes 2 particular people) completely ignore me as I sit outside with my laptop and a can of beer from customer service because they apparently only care about parties of multiple people. Or just not me. I don’t get it. I really don’t. As someone who visits this place frequently, I’m no longer upset about this, I’m offended. Very offended. I’ve never been treated this way at Hilton in the entire world- yes, I travel that much, yet visit Wenatchee at least 1x a month. This past week was the last straw. I left a tip I was very uncomfortable with giving given the service, in hopes it improves. If not, me and the company I work for will be staying elsewhere because we all...

We have stayed at this location before and loved it, that's why we decided to return to our surprise how it has changed. I booked the room online and paid for breakfast as not to deal with it later knowing we would eat there anyways. We arrived late in the day and checked in, service was friendly st the front desk. Got to our room and unpacked. By now it was 9:30pm. We decided to get a drink at the bar and some food as it's closing at 10. Got to the bar with one person working and after a long wait it was my turn. Order two drinks and was going to place a food order but was told it's too late kitchen is closed, at 9:45 now. Fine my drinks and was charged for the wrong drink, $4 more. Well no tip. We ordered a delivery. Next day we come down for breakfast to empty food warmers, and guests waiting for food. Last time we stayed at the hotel it head a great selection of food, yogurt, eggs to order and waffles included in the price. Now all that is extra. Now it's scramble eggs, potatoes, sausage and cereal. Both days head to wait for food as they run out of food. Thats why next door at the public market the place was packed as they offered a great selection of restaurants to dine at.

Room are very clean and location of the hotel is great. There is a lot to do within walking distance and it's fairly quiet with a fire place in the lobby where you can...

Beautiful hotel in great location, right by the river. Perfect for running, biking, walking. We were 3 couples who were there to surprise our girlfriend for her birthday. The rooms were great, and I had a great view of the river. Unfortunately, in the evening, as we returned to the hotel bar, there was mayhem in the lobby and the bar/restaurant. Children were running around wild, jumping onto the furniture, unsupervised, chasing each other, yelling, and posing safety risk for themselves and others. Other children were yelling and screaming in the pool and jacuzzi, which made using any of them unimaginable - all largely unsupervised. Having a conversation among adults was largely impossible, due to these behaviors. No staff member intervened in any way - no expectations posted for using these communal spaces. I am extremely disappointed about my visit and about the amount of $$$ I spent. I would expect such conduct in other, less pricey hotels, but I certainly did not expect that at the Hilton. It was an extremely disappointing visit, due to the out-of-control nature of other guests and their unsupervised children which were left unaddressed by Hilton staff. And that is unexpected for the Hilton chain, where a certain standard of conduct in common spaces is expected. Needless to say, I will likely make a different choice of hotels next...
