Half the time i couldnt get ahold of mayra to figure out what was going on and her window of time she was available was ridiculously short. We hosted our wedding here june 17th and I cant even begin to say how scammed we feel. We paid 11 THOUSAND dollars for the convention center to not respect our schedule for our wedding day and to only give us 20 minutes of our 1 hour cocktail hour and rushing dinner therefore making us have to do photos during dinner and not getting to relax& spend time with our guests like we wanted to because that time was also supposed to be for my dress change. They didnt keep dinner out as long as they were supposed to & were clearing the tables when people were still eating and drinking. The staff looked annoyed we were still there by 6 even though we technically had the space from 8 am Saturday to 12 am Sunday they kept trying to rush us out of there. Our wedding was so disorganized and chaotic because of the centers lack of care and thought for the bride and groom & the money spent. Obviously they can't handle large events so I highly recommend you look elsewhere for a wedding venue because this was horrible service and mediocre for the amount of money we spent and time we never got towards...
Read moreThese folks did an awesome job!! I was there for a state convention and was the banquets chairman for a group of about 500. We had every room in the facility in use. We had 11 large banquet meals and another 26 small groups having catered meals throughout the 4 days of the convention. The food was DELICIOUS!!! It was hot, plentiful and wonderful - no mushy veggies here! This was the first year we held our convention here and will be coming back! Even our out-of-state guests were impressed with the food and service. The staff were welcoming, friendly and on top of their game - Thanks Derrick, Eric, Andrea, Becky and Kyle (both of them!). When I learned of a food allergy right before a meal, they were quick to accomodate the need with a smile. And the bartenders, Tony and Jennifer, were top notch! Tony even created specialty drinks for our gala night - they were such a hit! I cannot say enough about how wonderful all of the staff were to work with! I was given a radio to use and this was great - any need I or the attendees had they took care of us! Love...

Using radios to reach staff for help was awesome and should be implemented other places. We used all except two rooms for our 200+ person conference. The ability to change room sizes during intermissions or lunch was fantastic. By going with this facility, we were able to spend more time engaging with our attendees and less time worrying about details. The fact that projectors were provided in every room meant we didn't have to bring our own. There were several things that helped us, but I reiterate that the staff is the most helpful group that made our event go...
