Progress Park Recreation Center — Attraction in Wentzville

It used to be my go to place before and even sometimes after work. I went up there to the Recreational center this morning and prices all of a sudden hiked up when they started getting more business! (Bad business for loyal customers) As of today, I will no longer support this place. The receptionist told a bare face lie to me as if I was born yesterday and I didn't know what I've been paying for months to use the Recreational side, Even the non-residential pass went from $100.00 to $198.00 yearly just over the weekend because I was just up there last week. The progress park recreation center has exhibited very poor customer service for the last three month. The workers from the manager down to regular employees have had terrible attitudes especially during there closing periods. My most recent experience with the poor customer service that is almost common place for the progress park recreation center is after I gave my ID to the front desk and they failed to return it and ultimately lost it while in there possession after speaking with park managers for almost a month about the whereabouts of my Id they blamed me and refused to reimburse me while having a very unprofessional attitude. Very nicely run facility. All employees super friendly. Big pool with springy diving board, curvy slide for 45" and up, and a slide in the deep end. I love that the depth goes to 12ft. There's a kiddie pool too. Clean locker/ shower/ bathrooms. Plenty of lounge chairs, some with umbrellas nearby, regular chairs, and a few tables. Quite a number of lifeguards on duty as well.
