H-E-B — Attraction in Weslaco

I purchase frozen cheese sticks and a combination of meat and frozen items. The cheese sticks came out with mold when I opened them I called the store to see what could be done and manager said I needed the proof of purchase along with my ID and the items I went to return the items which was about 30-40$ and within the 30 days of purchase they were really unprofessional and made me feel so embarrassed infront of people they called a million HEB employees just to return the items everything was frozen and still in the package the only thing was the cheese sticks that were open but because they were moldy. I suggest to check you items and not to buy so much because if they're rotten or anything to do with the store they will still make it an issue to return even if you have everything. Ive always loved my local HEB everyone is amazing, today I was attended by a Zabrina G, let’s just say no hello, no bye simply handed me my receipt. I was shocked, I’ve never need treated like that before at this Heb. I had several tuna packs, different flavors she scanned everything under one bar code, I meant to ask her about it but by the time i noticed she was scanning the next person and didn’t acknowledge me. This experience is my mothers experience review. She was there earlier to pick up her prescription and was coughing and having a hard time catching her breath. She said her eyes were swollen and watery. My mom said she asked the cashiers there at the pharmacy for water and they told her they didn't have any. She said she told them she would pay for her water and they still told her they didn't have any and turned around and ignored her even after they saw how she couldn't stop coughing or catch her breath.
