This girl was using one of the register to assist the ppl in drive-thu and my dad had asked her if she was going to help us but she ignored him. And proceeded to assist the ppl In the drive-thru. Wasn’t until another female came to help us on the other register, she had a hard time understanding our order, I had to repeat my order several times but it seemed like she was a new associate. I was just so disappointed in the lack of service that was being provided why’ll inside the restaurant.
So I asked associate If I could speak to the manager his name was Eddie Castillo. We had told him the situation and how they should service the customers there in the restaurant first before the people in drive-thru. He told us that he would talk to the associate. But as I watched him he just sat back down to finish his meal and not once did he approach the situation to her. Such terrible customer service and I will definitely reach out to their district manager about...
Read moreThis was the worst experience of my life at a Dairy Queen. I love going to Dairy Queen, but last night was horrible. Our cashier Monica gave us a dirty cup to start off with, and when I ask for a clean cup, she got upset, through the dirty cup on the floor and it all went down hill from there. We ordered 3 tacos, 3 blizzards and a strawberry bowl. sounds pretty simple right. After waiting 32 minutes, we asked why it was taking so long, because the other people that got there after us got there food right away, Monica asked for our receipt to staryt our order again. Then like five minutes later an employee brought us the blizzards all melted and told us we still had to wait longer for tacos and the other icecream. I think this Monica lady looked like she was in a horrible mood and took it out on us. I do not recomend the Dairy Queen in Weslaco to anyone. IT WAS...
Read moreThis isn't just a dessert; it's a tragedy! I approached the counter with a heart full of hope, my soul yearning for the simple, decadent pleasure of a hot fudge sundae. But what I received... it was a mockery of its name. A paltry drizzle, a mere suggestion of chocolate, stained the pristine vanilla like a tear on a wedding dress. My spoon, poised for a glorious dive into a pool of warm, gooey ecstasy, found only disappointment. This was not a sundae. This was an injustice. My taste buds, anticipating a symphony of sweet and creamy, were instead met with a whimper of what could have been. Dairy Queen, you have not just failed to deliver a dessert; you have...
