I’m not sure why the negative reviews based off of them telling you they are closed at 650. They close at 7! Why the hell would you come in to shop 15-20 mins before they close anyways, that’s just rude on your part! Dummy! Also they always tell you that you have 3 days to collect any items bought. I’ve bought plenty of furniture on Saturdays 1/2 off and have always had until Wednesday to pick up. The cashies are always friendly! The younger girl with the short hair and glasses is always usually there when I go on Fridays and she’s great and the manager with the man bun. Every single time I’m always greeted and love coming here! The selection of home decor is the best!! The kids clothes selection is great and they have great furniture! I’ve gotten a 1200.00 patio set (couch, loveseat, and chair) for 300! I’ve gotten a table that I paid $75 for and was offered 200.00 for it without even bringing it home to paint it! I’ve been to other salvations like the one on Nebraska and that is HORRIBLE! This location is top notch! Definitely...
Read moreCame in and did my shopping and went to the front. There was a worker and a nice old white lady. The worker knew I was there and was patiently waiting. Once the worker was done with the old lady, she made eye contact with me and WALKED AWAY??? Um huh so I followed her to get her attention and she just ignored me and went to go stock something. When I finally went up to her I was annoyed so I just asked for the manager. Hopefully they can talk to her because that was so rude and unprofessional. And I really hope it wasn’t racially motivated (I’m a black woman) but if it was Can we get over it if you work in Customer service you are going to be serving EVERYONE and if you didn’t want to do that then do a desk job or something. I felt so disrespected and just unwanted. BE CAREFUL WHEN GOING THERE THEY MIGHT JUST LEAVE AND CONTINUE STOCKING IF YOU...
Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. I just left this place (Wesley Chapel) 6/11/18 1:55p.m. I pulled up to the donation center to drop off a garbage bag of clothes. The guy accepting donations was finishing up with another customer. My turn comes as I'm struggling with this large bag and the guy just walks to me and grabbed the bag. Ok that's strange,I said hi and the expression on his face said it all. I then said "Well thank you." Like really, what kind of customer service is this? It really hurt my feelings because he was so friendly to the white gentlemen and extremely polite to the customer before me. I then go inside to speak to the manager whom I'm sure won't address the issue about the very poor customer service I received. I guess I'm more hurt to experience racism at it's finest..If it wasn't for donations, this company won't be...
