Where to start…. The merchandise is very out dated but I did find a stove and fridge for the time being. The stove had issues with the 2 front burners shortly after I got it. The 1st fridge I got served its purpose but only lasted a year. I (reluctantly) ended up having to get a 2nd refrigerator from them and after 2 months it stopped working. With a 90 day warranty, I called them. The lady was polite on the phone and said she would talk with the service tech to see when he could come out. She never called back so I called the next day. She set up an appointment for the next day which was day 5 and had to throw out all my food. I got home later that day to find the fridge was back working. I didn’t see any point in missing work for the appointment so I called them back the next day to let them know what happened and to cancel the appointment. I also let her know that because I cannot afford to keep replacing food that was just going to buy a new refrigerator. She said they could possibly refund the money. She later called back to say that they would not be able to refund the money but they would exchange it for something else. Again, I cannot afford to keep replacing food so I will buy something new. Then the tech called back and left a message. I returned his call, told him what happed and that I was just going to buy brand new. He said ok and we can set up a time to come get the fridge. I asked if there would be a refund if they came and got it, he said no. I let him know that I will take care of it myself. You can’t come get the fridge only to sell it to someone else. Read morePurchased a refrigerator not even 3 months ago and the refrigerator part stopped working. Tried to get it repaired. The serial and model number have been rubbed off. I called the office and got nowhere. They couldn't give me any info. Extra money out of my pocket. Don't do it. Go somewhere else it'll save you time and money. Hope this helps.

Your right As New Appliance you did come out and do a repair on the refrigerator. Once I posted a review after calling you several times. The warranty was for 30 days and my appliances stopped working 5 days later. When I called you several times with no solution you gave me a number to your repair man that didn't answer 4 calls and never called me back. I waited 3 days after calling him and made this post. Then I reached out to another repair company. Remind you it was on with me for 1 mth and 1 week. I shouldn't have had any issues this soon. The stove I purchased at the same time stopped working as well. LIKE I SAID save your money and go somewhere else. The appliances they sale will only last through the warranty which is 30 days. Be careful dealing with As New Appliances. I have receipts of all my communication with them. Wish I could post it. I've replaced both appliances by purchasing them from a private owner on FB Marketplace. Let's Be Clear I NEVER asked you to pay for anything. Read moreI usually never give reviews on companies, even is the service is not 100%. But we got a refrigerator from this store and a few days later it was blowing warm air. It really wasn't too much of a problem I did just have to throw a few groceries away. I called the store and spoke with a person that said they would come out to fix the fridge. I was told these exact words "The part should be in between 8am-9pm and I will be out to your house between 10am and 12pm". No problem I set up time for someone to be at my house at that time. Well I received a call the day the person was to come and fix the refrigerator at 7:30am stating they were on their way. I called to have someone meet them at my home but the person was unable to be there due to we were advised between 10am and 12pm. When the tech called me back, he stated to me "you should have told me that before I left the store" if I would have been given the correct time to begin with we never would of had this problem. And to my knowledge the store doesn't even open until 9am. I was not pleased at how the guy spoke with me this morning and after my refrigerator is fixed, I will NEVER recommend anyone to them. There is a way you talk to people when your in customer service, if times change, you ask your customer is that ok not just say I'm on my way! And talk fast before I can even say anything else!
