Slingshot Bar - A Bars & Recreation Experience — Restaurant in West Allis

There is a one star review on here from another patron which was around the same time myself and approx 12 other people were at this establishment. I would like to say that I had a completely DIFFERENT experience. Completely. The staff at Slingshots were absolutely amazing. Super helpful, courteous and always kind. This was anyone we had interactions with. We had a large group and they were very accommodating to everything we needed, especially with 6 young children. We celebrated my son's 10th birthday here and it was a perfect, unique spot to celebrate. If you are looking for a fun and creative establishment to go this is it! The Slingshots and clay pebbles were perfect. Safe but also effective to aim at targets. The targets were interactive and super fun with some moving pieces etc. The place was set up awesome! The pizza and pretzel bites were really good too!!! If you are looking for a place for a birthday party, a fun night out ... or a date night competition this is the place to go. We are already planning...

I know they just opened but they need some serious help already. I interacted with like 6 different staff members and only one of them was welcoming, nice and helpful. Everybody else was confused, rude, or really just had no idea what they were doing.

The price is reasonable in a way but most of your time is spent trying to fix the slingshots because they keep getting twisted. The slingshots seem “cheap”. The pellets are lightweight and don’t really offer that “umph” you’re looking for. It’s also packed with children which again fine but it’s not really a “bar” experience. Lack of food options. Nothing on draft..

They put these metal stools at the range area which are super uncomfortable. Lack of bar seating because 50% of it is a check in area. They also use paper waivers but it’s 2025 use a QR code and...

I was lucky enough to attend the Slingshot Bar ribbon cutting, and I couldn’t be more impressed with how the space turned out. Having seen it before the renovation, the transformation is truly remarkable.

The slingshot concept is such a fun and creative twist, and it made for a memorable experience! I also tried the “Ope! You’ll Shoot Your Eye Out” collaboration with Ope Brewery, which was a great touch. I have a feeling this spot will be a must-visit in West Allis for years to come. Already looking forward to...
