Worst botox experience ever

The office is clean and Dr and nurse are polite and professional

I went there for forehead botox I told them I want the least amount of injections and I don’t want my face change at all also I told them my last botox was 20 unites for both forehead and frown First they said I need 35 unites just for forehead which I said NO I don’t want more than 10 they told me they can’t and the least they can do is 12 forehead and 12 frown which I accepted but the result been awful .

I had headache and felt too much pressure under my left eyes for a week. After 3 weeks I still feel pressures all over on my forehead my eyelids feel very heavy in addition My eyebrows have lost their natural arch and look flat . my eyes looks more almond shape and worst than all my eyelids looks extra puffy and droopy

I consulted with 2 other Dr recently and they said they injected too much and very close to my eyebrow Don’t waste your money on them They just want to inject you extra so can...

As a male, a facial spa treatment is not something I consider or am likely to get. But this is wrong because guys also need to care for their skin. I was treated to a HydraFacial and loved the treatment as well as the experience. The aesthetician, Avana, was great in her care, gentleness, and description of what she was doing along the way both as part of the treatment and in making me feel comfortable during my first experience. The clinic was very clean, serene and beautifully and elegantly decorated! The prices seem too high for the service. They have no where listed on the website the difference in prices. Told I can book for two hours for a scalp massage. I called and asked for an hour facial and it was around 45 minutes long. They can take a before and after picture but only got an after video of my face. The extractions were only on my nose and felt there was no big difference with my forehead area that need extractions. For the overall experience thought it would be around $89 total but was $189.
