My future mother-in-law recommendation this jewelry shop for resizing my platinum engagement ring about 2 years ago. I came in 2 days after getting engaged and they had it resized within an hour or two. I then came back a few months later and asked them to put in an adjuster for me because it didn’t quite fit right still and that only took about 5 minutes for $15- it lasted about 6 months before breaking so I put a plastic adjuster on it. Then the third time I came in my fiancé and I bought each other our wedding bands about 3 weeks out from our wedding date. They stretched his ring for him and ordered my band for me- we got a call back within the week that my band was ready for pick up. Very fast service. When I went in to pick it up I asked for it to be resized one more time and they were able to do it within an hour or two so I just popped over to meijer to kill some time. When I came back they had given me a discount because I had had it sized before with them in the past so my $85 resizing came out to $35. They are a very accommodating and kind couple. My ring is now the perfect size and is polished beautifully just in time for my wedding in 2...

I found this jewelry store based on their reviews and could not have been more pleased. They replaced the head on my engagement ring, sized it and also stretched the band to match. Their pricing was very reasonable and my 39 year old wedding set looks like new. They were very friendly and helpful even cleaning the other rings I was wearing. They also bought a gold class ring and a small gold chain applying the value of the 2 items to my bill. I am thrilled to find a shop with such quality work, friendly owners, and fair pricing. went in to have links taken out of my Raymond Weil watch I purchased online... The wife of the owner wanted to charge my 5.00..... I told her no I will give you 10.00. I worked in the jewelry business for over 20 years , and knew this was not going to be an easy watch to size.... Her husband returned from an errand .... sized my watch and confirmed what I already knew.... it was not an easy band to take links out of... Very nice and honest people.... I would do business with them again, and recommend them...
