I had such a great experience shopping at Cort, mostly because of Bill the manager and Marquis, who is part of the awesome delivery/pickup team. I came into the store and was greeted by Bill who offered assistance but never pressured me to buy anything. He gave me a great deal on 3 pieces of furniture, and when I changed my order multiple times, he accommodated me each time. When Cort delivered the furniture, it was delivered in a timely and prompt manner. Every single person I came into contact with was helpful and friendly. This place is great. We scoured the earth for an affordable small couch for a finished basement room but nothing satisfied us. We stopped here on a whim and ended up having multiple choices with great prices. We also ended up replacing two of our aging nightstands. Bill and Robin were so helpful and friendly.
