UIC Global — Attraction in West Chicago Township

I would have given lower than 1 star if it was possible. UIC Global is ridiculous to charge their students at the end of the year an extra amount of $2,000 without any clear explanation even though we already paid a full amount of $35,000 in the beginning of the year considering our dorm assignment. UIC Global should stop bugging students with their irresponsibility. One cannot just simply email students claiming they have balance more than $2,000 that came out of nowhere and make students pay them without a detailed statement of such fees. All I needed was an explanation to as where my money was going and yet UIC Global has promptly replied me with another vague "Pass Due UIC Global Balance". UIC Global is acting out like scammers and I felt like I had been deploited. It may seem I am overreacting, but if you try putting yourself into the situation where you are a student studying college and are barely making ends meet paying your own bills off of an on-campus job, you can somehow understand the stress I am going...

If it is possible, I would have given them 0 stars. They wouldn't give you the exact academic course as they said in I-20 and their conditional letter offered. They would be going to fool you to study a different course and also make you into a trap. They enforcely me to change my program after I arrived. They require me to pay all of my tuition, housing cost, and health insurance within 4 semesters even if they informed me when I offered me an amount statement of the fee.

It is a scam, do not go through UIC global, instead go through UIC International application. They will scam you, me and my friends have been scammed out of over $5000-$15000 USD more than normal uic international. They will trap you into paying higher rent for ALL their housing and dining options. They will also charge you more for fees as well. DO NOT JOIN ESPECIALLY IN SPRING-SUMMER AS THEY WILL CHARGE SUMMER AS A "SEMESTER". this means that instead of being around $2000-$3000 for international students, it is going to be $15000 (and you can not defer a semester as it is $5000 to do so).
