Covina Sound — Attraction in West Covina

The customer does NOT COME FIRST at Covina Sound, JUST A HEADS UP to fellow consumers. The OWNER INSULTED ME today on the way out.

He told me (the customer), I'm cheap. After I asked for a simple refund, for LED headlights that dont stay on. No refunds whatsoever. I'm stuck with $60 LED headlights that do not work for my car.

Instead of the owner offering a valid solution, he offers me store credit, valid for 2 months. I told him, "but all I want is FUNCTIONAL headlights", and he still refused to help me out with my frustrating problem, telling me "store credit only", very unreasonable individual no doubt about that.

I came exclusively for functional LED Headlights, the owner didn't care. He was happy he made easy money off me, he should be happy, about making the customer happy. Customer service is non-existent here. If you purchase something, dont expect to be able to return, or exchange the item, you only GET ONE SHOT, after that your screwed.

In addition, I told Luis the "worker with no authority as he made it apparent as he kept telling me it's up to the owner", that the lights do not work, and he said, "yeah they do", I told him "no they dont". When I showed up earlier he was to busy he said. So he said "show up at 5pm" which I did. Only to be treated like trash after showing him the lights were not safe and functional.

The owner chose to be "cheap" by holding out on my $60, which in turn he would rather be charged $60 for a bad review, by not putting THE CUSTOMER FIRST and not remembering that THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. He thinks he's doing business in a 3rd world...

Great selection of the higher end brands. Prices are on part with other competitors, would like to have seen the prices a little lower but I totally understand theres not much wiggle room for the high end brands. But you pay for what you get. And if you want high end quality, then your gonna pay for it. I have no problem paying the prices because I know I'm gonna get clear quality equipment that is warrantied. And they are authorized dealer for the brands they sell. That's a must if you buy for example focal and something breaks that's covered under manufacturers warranty, you can send it to the company and if it's legit they will fix or replace it. Now let's say you buy focal.from some.aidio shop that sells it and they are not authorized dealers then focal won't honor the warranty claim Because that shop is not an authorized dealer and might even be a fake oh yes there are fakes of the beloved stereo equipment we love. I give this audio Shop a 0, 1 Star . Because before I gave them money down for the part/adaptor they had to supposedly order. They were really nice and seem fair. But! After they had $240 deposit half of what they going charge me for a Bluetooth devices which is only like a $30 Component online . They became really Distant and made me feel like they barely had time for me. So after having to come back for the 3rd time they finally installed it. And scratched my leather interior . $440 later the Bluetooth device only worked for a month. I come back to let them know it no longer works he tells me these cars don’t do well with Bluetooth devices which I felt should have of been addressed before hand. And offers to take it back with a refund of just $200 . Such an inconvenience non professional environment and no good product and service . I recommend no one to this place. Beware .
