Grocery Outlet — Attraction in West Covina

My wife and I go here all the time for our Keto Matcha Green tea mix, my Chaga and Shiitake mushroom powders, assortment of green powders like Raw Dehydrated Barely Grass and Moringa. We love the different kinds of MCT Oil and the we're trying now is call Salute Organics. So far so good and we mix that with our Keto Matcha Latte for our morning drink.

We've purchased many other products here and it's the best thing we've come across. Crazy how so many people like us pass right by it and never considered walking in, except my wife did so one day and our life has been changed since then. She told me that it's the "almost expired" products from places like Whole Foods and Sprouts ... that explained how there was so much of the quality powders we love and at Walmart prices!

So if you're like us, we shop at various stores to get the best price depending on the product. Anyhow, this place is legit and would highly recommend this location. It's clean and the employee's are nice & welcoming. Every time we shop there, I feel so good knowing I've saved so much money from the same thing I would have paid almost double! Right now its July 30th and prices are no joke.

Today I was disappointed with the cashier set ice she charged me 2.49 for a box of expired graham cookies that were in the shelf for 49 cents. She said that is what the price is and I said no just canceled the item. After I told the MOD which he said the same thing the same price I said no is not when is literally written for 49 cents and is even expired. I ended getting one box taken out by she did not noticed that I still got charge the full price for the other one and I caught in time and had to return and complain to her which she still was saying she did canceled and I said no Denise your customer service skills are poor and you don't owe to your mistake in apologizing to the customer when you were wrong. I have done retail many years and the number one for the merchant or retail is customer service. This girl needs to learn how to give customer service. Because you don't want to pay for something you did not get and worst of all is overpriced even when expired ready to be trash if no one buys it. Consumers do your homework diligent times are tough and you want to stretch...

I love grocery outlet . I regularly shop at different locations around my area. This is absolutely the worst one I've been to in my 7 years at shopping at the outlet. I bought some chocolate though not expired when I opened it it was powdered with white fungus. Or whatever you call it when chocolate gets old. Leaving an awful taste in my mouth.

I also love shopping the meat deals right before they expire. Often getting several dollar discount.. not here. You get 50 cents. First time seeing a red 50 cent discount. All other stores also normally has a discount bread rack $1 which is more $1.29. i used to get name brand cinna bon bread or raisin bread. Always super soft nature's own crafted bread and pita bread.. nope not here

I left here and ended up going to Baldwin Park location. I got such amazing deals on meat.. $2 off ground beef. ,$1 off organic chicken legs $5 and $7 off the beef.. Go to Baldwin Park!!
