I came with my autistic son to buy groceries. We paid, and I walked next door for less than a minute to get chicken. My son was just waiting.

During that moment, the security guard approached him aggressively, demanding a receipt and treating him like a criminal.

My son told him, “My mom is right there,” but the guard refused to stop and continued intimidating him. My son froze in fear and later cried in the car — he was terrified and humiliated.

When I returned, the manager confirmed we had paid and told us we could go. But the guard still wouldn’t back off or apologize, and even acted like he wanted to record us instead of correcting his behavior.

This is not “doing your job.” This is harassing a minor and intimidating a special-needs child.

Security should protect families, not traumatize kids.

We've been going to this supermarket for years, but this is the first time we have experienced not being able to buy a certain item because the cashier keeps saying "no price." My husband kindly said,"Oh, sorry, but can someone please check on the rack for the price?" And the cashier again replied, "no, no can buy, no price" We reiterated that there's a process of checking the price, but even the store manager said that we can't buy it because it doesn't have a price. My point is: why give the customers the treatment that it's our fault their products do not have a price. Also, do not display it on the shelf if they do not know the price yet....
