I had purchased a dishwasher from Riddles & they were great @ helping me with my families needs earlier this year. When the time came for a new dryer, I knew just where I needed to go. Their customer service is excellent. The owner has a wealth of knowledge on all things appliances. The owner, Mitch was kind, patient & very helpful just like before. He helped explain to me what I didn't understand & wanted to know about dryers, & the problems I was having with our current one.
I had a great experience today & enjoyed talking to him for an hour about all things dryers, & talking about our families too. I will be trying to troubleshoot our current dryer situation @ home first with the tips he gave me to try before purchasing a new dryer from them. He didn't have to do that & could have talked his way right into a sale but.... he was honest with me & gave me ideas to try first which I appreciate. I trust Riddles for my appliance needs & prefer them over the big box stores like The home depot etc. bc you can't get a wealth of knowledge from those types of stores. Not one of them greeted me or offered assistance. Even after one turned, made eye contact, and then chose to continue talking, I was still ignored. I walked out and immediately went to Home Depot, where I purchased appliances for my 11-unit apartment building. We had problems with plastic parts breaking under normal use on a GE refrigerator from them. They were no help.
