Edit: I drove from Gettysburg to ur York location specifically because of the staff like John as well as everyone who helped me at the counters...and was heartbroken to see they were on strike. LET ME BE CLEAR: I AM PROUD OF EVERYONE ON THAT SIDEWALK- I'm heartbroken because ur staff should feel as appreciated as they genuinely are! They should absolutely be compensated for the time, and compassion,and care, the understanding they show every patient is something you don't find at every dispensary.When I walked up to the staff on strike, they made it clear they wanted me to proceed inside to pick up my medicine anyway, even though they were outside on strike...but I couldn't go in there when everyone that has shown me they cared about ME was standing outside in the heat, obviously for something important to them. I SUPPORT YOUR STAFF ON STRIKE, I DO NOT SUPPORT YOUR COMPANY ANY LONGER WITHOUT THEM...they have built trust w myself and many others as patients who need to be heard and understood... The least you guys could do is give your staff the same... After all, they're the ones that have us coming from Gettysburg to spend money at your dispensary and not the ones closer ...

Read moreThis place has gone down hill since they moved to the new location. The staff is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. This WAS my favorite dispensary to go to! They act like everyone is suppose to know their new rules and all for curb pick up. I show up a few minutes early and I am Told to show up later than the time I reserve for curb pick up. They never have deals anymore and to be honest product isn’t what it’s been since they moved as well. They shorted my points and when I spoke to a manager to use the points the same day I was told that I had to wait 24 hours because it was just updated. Then the manager on duty told me we all are human! They messed up my payment the time before because their trash system froze. And not to mention yesterday told me I didn’t place for curb pick up when In fact I know that I did. She comes out and gives me an attitude telling me I have to go in and I know they only was giving me a hard time because of the points situation I had days prior to this. They also canceled out my order before the end of the day which they shouldn’t be allowed to do. I AM DEFINITELY CALLING CORPORATE OFFICE ABOUT THIS AND I AM CONTACTING THE MEDICAL BOARD AS WELL! Do better before you lose a lot of customers. Take your $3 and shove it where the sun don’t shine! I definitely won’t be coming back! I never have these problems at organic remedies.

Talked to customer service and they spoke with the general store manager named Tommy and Tommy explained things and apologized on behave of the staff. I will continue to go here and hoping for better experiences in the future. Thank you...
Read moreSo I just went to pick up my order which I had gotten a confirmation that it was ready to pick up before I left my apt. When I get to the store, I was told their system is down. Now I know they cannot control when their system goes down, I get that. But surely if the team members are not busy at the service desk with clients, then why aren't they calling the people that have reservations during the time that their system is down to let them know not to come? It's not a terrible drive for me but it is a drive. Now I can't come back until tomorrow because I have other things to do today. I wish I could say this was my first customer service issue with this place but it's not. The last time I was in there there were so many people in the lobby we had to first wait forever and then the receptionist had no idea who was next. If Rise wasn't the closest to me, I would definitely visit other dispensaries in York.
I know that this is going to get blow back for me if I go back in there to pick up my order. The last time I left a bad review the next time I was in the girl at the front desk grilled me on why I had left a that review and it was so awkward and unprofessional.
