I've been stung so many times ordering online flowers from well known online floral services where, the order sent was way overpriced and dismal compared with the online photo, completely different from the photo or the flowers used were recycled from funeral arrangements, droopy and mal colored or just never sent at all! To the point where sending flowers became an anxiety ridden event full of panic, mistrust and skepticism instead of the emotionally charged heartfelt experience it should be. But not anymore! I have found my florist!! Thank you West New York Florist!! I went directly to their website as the store was closed when I decided to order. The website is clear and easy to use. Their arrangements are beautifully and clearly photographed original works of art, priced right for market, just beautiful and vibrant. I chose the arrangement appropriate for my occasion.. I added some balloons, a message and requested a color change in the request box. I did some meditative breathing, prayed, rubbed my lucky rabbits foot, consulted a voodoo priestess and hit the purchase button... The flower arrangement arrived, exactly as promised with upgrades. It is soooo packed full with flowers. The arrangement with the color additions were exactly like the photograph, the additional balloons and the message I wrote were all there, in the exact window time frame as promised. Finally, sheer perfection! With one exception...The flowers are so fresh, they are still opening days after they've been received! This is the only florist anyone should ever use! If you live outside their delivery area... MOVE.

Update- I've used this florist several times online and in the store. On rare occasion, they contact me with questions or issues and they adjust accordingly. The staff is knowledgeable, wonderful, friendly, helpful! I even trusted W.N.Y. florist for my wedding and even though the marriage failed,, people STILL talk about my gorgeous flowers! The product is always fairly priced happy perfection for everyone! I highly recommend you use them today. If you don't have an occasion to send flowers right now send some to someone (me?, lol) anyway using W.N.Y Florist and see for yourself how good it makes you feel!! Any amount of praise for the customer service I received will not do justice. I needed a quick funeral basket for a family member that had passed. Contacted the local florist that was advertised on the funeral home website. I live in FL and sent an email asking a couple of questions which were promptly responded to. I placed the order on the website and shortly thereafter I found out that the service was going to be delayed. I contacted WNY Florist again via email... again I got prompt service. I asked them to hold the order until the date was determined; they said they would gladly hold. Contact them again with new date for funeral viewing. Was assured they would be delivered as instructed. Received a confirmation the day of delivery with all the details. I have never worked with such an effective and efficient company in matters of communication before. I wish I could have seen the flowers but I trust that they were beautiful.

I had my flowers for my wedding done by West New York Florists. I worked with Patty and she was absolutely amazing. She was so great to work with, I feel like she literally took my ideas and made them come to life. Our wedding happened to be during a huge storm and I honestly feel the flowers saved the day. With the set up for the indoor ceremony being plan B, you wouldn’t haven’t guessed it was supposed to be outdoors. It was beautiful, the arrangement for the ceremony and the reception we’re phenomenal. She got all the exotic flowers I was looking for and they were just amazing. The bouquets, the boutieers the centerpieces, even the alter piece for the ceremony were beautiful. They were so easy to work with and they did an amazing job.
