CVS Pharmacy — Local services in West Orange

This is my 5th prescription to pick up at CVS Main St. West Orange and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. I would like to call out Kamilah from my very first visit, the pharmacy was busy, the line was long and yet this lady took time to explain everything to an elderly lady in front of me. When my time came, her smile was so genuine as were her words as she thanked me for patiently waiting. Little did she know I took her energy with me the entire day. Kindness has a domino effect and now I look for her each visit. Today, I was assisted by Kyeriah and her personality shines bright. Been a customer of CVS at 20 S. Valley for over 20 years. Just when they get a little better, they fall again. I had to get script filled, (standard pain medication), which they don’t have. So I had to come to the CVS on main. The pharmacist was very helpful but it took almost an hour and there was hardly any one there. When I asked how much longer, my nice pharmacist coped a little attitude. Should not have to go to any CVS coming right out of the hospital after a surgery. Bring back the little mom and pops pharmacy, they took care of their customers...

I just want to say thank you to the Pharmacist, "Mr Andrew" and his team for the wonderful job that they're doing around our community. When I called, I was able to talk to Mr Andrew he took my concern with a great heart. Now my mom is doing fine she is able to take her insulin with no problem. Thanks again Mr Andrew and your team.
