Went in after driving for about 4 or more hours (My husband plus 2 kids). I admit that we were undecided as the kids wanted to stay and we wanted to go. We then decided to stay so we sat down at a table while waiting for the food to be prepared. This was literally right behind the host section(It’s pretty open so she could see us). We then saw that a corner boot was open and decided to move again. I went to the rest room and came back and realized I had not told the lady at the to go center that we were gonna stay so she can reroute the food. I went over there and stood patiently as she spoke on the phone and did not acknowledge me.(I mean she was already not so friendly when she took the take out order. What can I expect at this point right). As I stood waiting still, I saw a white couple walk in and the host walked over to where my husband and kids were. I went over there to ask what’s going on as I saw my husband getting up. I spoke further with the host who proceeded to let me know we ordered take out. I proceeded to do what my husband already did and tell her that we were requesting to stay instead of go. The host proceeded to let me know that the table was reserved. Then came along I assume a supervisor or manager(short haired lady maybe) who asked if we needed a boot and was gonna get one cleaned up. I was gonna wait but then she proceeded to tell me that we can’t just seat ourselves and that “IT WOULD TAKE AWAY FROM THE SERVERS AS THEY WOULD NOT MAKE NO MONEY”. I didn’t know I am not entitled to change my mind of eating in or staying out and that workers absolutely positively have to get a tip every time. I work sometimes as a cashier and owner of a restaurant. It’s not always about the tips!!! Additionally, their website says they DO NOT DO RESERVATIONS. As one of my best friends often joke…..”It’s cause am Black”lol…..There were many empty seats available. Never going back. Just for the kids I took their portion of the...
Read moreListen to majority of these reviews!!!!! The wings here are amazing but I have only been here a handful of times and at this point I refuse to go back. Terrible service all the way around. I will give a little detail on my visit just last night. I arrived at roughly 7:00 pm. The parking lot was full but to my surprise not many people in the restaurant. I stood at the front for at least 5-7 minutes before some one noticed me and came to seat me. No apology or smile for my standing there so long waiting for some one to acknowledge me. When I realized she was also going to be my waitress, I thought to myself OK maybe they are short staffed tonight....regardless of whatever their situation is in that particular location - it is truly as if they do not care for customer service at all. I ordered a mixed drink and honestly forgot about it until our waitress came back probably 10-15 minutes later to inform me apparently it was "taken" by somebody else and she would bring another one right out. The drink wasn't even very good.
When she took our order it was obvious our food wasn't going to be correct, and sure enough it was not. I won' get into detail. It was also not very warm - which leads me to believe my food had been ready, my waitress was just doing whatever. I could go on and on and give more details but I'll keep it minimal and leave it at this: TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. For $50 I could have had a more enjoyable experience at a number of different restaurants. I won't be returning to Buffalo Wild Wings. My mind is made up. No napkins, practically begging for straws for our drinks, slow service from seating to eating and overall poor customer service. I wonder how long this place will be in business with all of the countless...
Read moreSunday, March 14th(this past Sunday) my friend and I with our 2 children were seated outside and waited 40 minutes but still was not served. My husband and I promised ourselves we would not come back to this store because we ordered takeout and when we received it, it was horrible. When we use to order food from the store on 441 they always open up every box to show the order but this guy didn’t. We got our order tied up tight and when my husband burst the bag to open the boxes, the order was wrong and when we got home my order was not fully cooked. So past Sunday now after waiting for 40 minutes for someone to take our order I decided this is way to long .... I went to the front and waited 20 more minutes for a manager. With in all of this, the reason I waited the 40 minutes is because I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt(maybe they were waiting until my friend comes back from the bathroom with her child, maybe because they were cleaning the table next to us or just short staff) and the extra 20 mins was just to ask them to serve another two customers that they had there waiting for 30 minutes. I didn’t want to say race had anything to do with it but as I looked around it looked like it was a part of the situation including the takeout orders. Shelby that told me she was the manager did apologize and said she was not aware about what was being taken place out on the floor and was about to offer something to us but I refused and like I told her the only thing I need from them tonight is to serve the young man and his father now because they waited long enough! I will never come back to the store but it would be nice if your guys get more training in customer service because let’s be real that is the biggest part of...
