Excellent service and very professional work! I have a Hyundai Elantra 2022 and at first I was looking to replace my speakers, thinking it would make my music sound better and more powerful. I was going online looking for some places to take my car and luckily I found this one. From the moment I arrived, Luis welcomed me with a smile in his face and took the time to kindly talk to me to see what I was looking for even though he was busy already. He got in my car, listened to my radio, and immediately analyzed and pinpointed the kind of power and the kind of sound I wanted, and explained to me that I was not obtaining it because I only had mid-range speakers and tweeters with the bass at its maximum, distorting the overall sound quality. He suggested to install a subwoofer to relieve the bass from the mid-range speakers and to get more power and sound quality. Other shops would've just installed the speakers I initially wanted and charge me for them. I really appreciated his honesty and his desire to actually help me get what I wanted and to not sell me anything I didn't need. They scheduled me an appointment for the next day and even though I was a couple hours late, they still fitted me in and helped me get the work done. While I was there, I also decided to get some beautiful window tint done. While they were working on the car, Luis' team explained and showed me how the wiring system works and how the tint is done. They also offered me water while I was waiting which is a small detail that I really appreciated. I was asking Luis questions about installing dash cams, and about installing some interior lights, Luis answered all of them with no intent to push and with a lot of professionalism. When the work got done, Luis helped me find the perfect sound settings and while driving home, I was surely enjoying my new sound and my new window tint. All of it for a really good price. If you're in the same situation I was and don't know where to take your car, please don't think twice and go to Luis and his team. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP EVER. I called ahead, I have a motorcycle with a stereo already installed. All I wanted is the speakers tilted up 1/2 inch as far as the angle from the handlebars, it's a very simple thing but I have bad arthritis. I called ahead and the receptionist said no problem easy easy, when I asked her about the labor cost she said it's usually $85 an hour but this is going to be so simple it'll be less so I went right out there. I met a guy named Lewis who's a very polite man, the only problem is he was totally clueless like he had never seen a car stereo speaker in his life. And then he was also not honoring what she had told me about knowing what to do and the pricing and it was all a big sham in a wasted trip. And what made it worse was Lewis kept giving me these religious sayings such as we all make mistakes but in the long run we're better people. That may be true but I think finding a resolution might be more effective than quoting the scriptures during business hours in the middle of your shop as your excuse of why you sent me on a wild goose chase and what I was told was 100% false. If you can't trust what you're being told by a business, DON'T USE THAT BUSINESS., it's common sense and we reported them to the Better Business bureau and it's public information and they have received several complaints from consumers so remember USA sound on 23rd avenue in Hollywood Florida is where you DO NOT WANT TO GO. It doesn't matter if the owner sees this review and tries to insult you with a word salad and a bunch of excuses that are up to nothing, I was brought up to tell the truth, this business is unprofessional doesn't keep their word and for a stereo installation company not even knowing how to adjust the angle of a speaker by 0.5 in, that tells you all you need to know to stay...

Don’t let the look of this place fool you, the owner and his son have the best experience with installation and service, hands down. I went over there to see what was the problem with my radio because it just wouldn’t turn back on, I thought that maybe the mainframe was burnt out and would need to get a replacement ($180 is what would’ve gotten out of my pocket). I arrived at the shop and the owner was working on another car but didn’t have no attitude with me once so ever, even being out in the scorching heat from the sun. He immediately asked what was the problem which what I told him, he knew exactly all the scenarios that it could’ve been and you guessed it he even said it could be my radio altogether! He told me upfront what the price was and what the total it was going to cost me if the issue was one or the other, I agreed and he began taking a look at it. Now, some shops would be quick to destroy your car to get to the wiring but he took care of my car like I was family or a close friend, taking off piece by piece, section and section with the utmost respect and professionalism. He told me what the issue was and already knowing what the cost was beforehand, his son came in and knocked it out within 15-20 minutes, I was in and I was out. Again hands down you are not going to get this type of friendly service from major companies and that is what I admired most about those two.
